How to object to NHS Fife wanting to deny public access to Peggie tribunal

Word has filtered down to me that Edinburgh Employment Tribunal has received very few objections to NHS Fife's attempts to deny public access (in person or remote) to the second part of the hearing due in July. It may be that people have been confused about where to send objections.

Please, if you object to Fife NHS's attempt to have justice done behind closed doors, with no one of a GC persuasion permitted to attend, email

and tell them why you think this needs to be heard in public, with ordinary members of the public allowed to watch remotely and in person.

This needs to be done in the next 48 hours or so. Decisions are swayed by complaints received. No complaints, the assumption is that no one cares.

By the way does anyone know the exact dates in July of the remaining part of the hearing? MiL lives in Fife, FiL was treated at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy towards the end of his life. I could potentially go up a stay with her for a few days to attend in person for a couple of days an I'm tempted to do so. Especially if NHS Fife succeed in their demands for restrictions to public access and Tribunal Tweets. I'd love to be part of the reception committee cheering Sandy on when she arrives in the morning.

It starts on 16th July. Judge said 11 days, so that would take us to the 30th.

the cheek to say it was the t tweeting that caused the delays when we could see clearly that the Fife trust team not producing the documents ordered was the main problem.

I've also sent an email, which I hope wasn't too verbose...
