I don't know why the left lost. They called women fools for knowing that humans can't change sex, insisted they 'educate themselves' to believe men are women, explained that women's concerns are a non issue. What more could they have done?

I don’t agree with the point of view of that thread. It’s scaremongering about a future where women’s rights are upended by trans rights and mentioning a string of isolated incidents of trans people being sex offenders. I still think this issue is detracting from
thr focus of the real erosion of much more mainstream women’s rights.
and I’m going to encourage leftists to put the trans issue in the back of the queue and just bundle it in within general human rights issues as it rightly should and bring the focus back on the broad scope of women’s rights.

"TWAW"; "preferred" pronouns that the left try to coerce us all to use; unilateral redefinition of "woman" and "man", and even "male" and "female"; misrepresentation of the protected characteristics in the Equality Act; the GRA with its "legal sex" nonsense; etc etc.

It’s not a “future”. It’s happened. It’s happening. Women’s rights have already been upended. A “string of isolated incidents” is thousands of incidents upending women’s rights. It’s not just about sex offenders. It’s about every single aspect of life. But you won’t read the threads that explain all this.

Well we will have to se how the EO will be implemented. But assuming it will take away the right to life saving hormone therapy, and the protection against discrimination for a start. Rapist and paedofiles and murderers should be in high security prisons where they can’t hurt other inmates, men or women. But then we know that inmates in the US live in horrible conditions to begin with and that a disproportional pat of them are black, another inequality we can expect to grow in Trump’s “colour blind US’.

but yes let’s focus on the 0.01 or whatever proportion of trans inmates in women’s prisons.
