Want some good news? The evenings are beginning to get brighter. Yesterday was the earliest sunset. It is barely noticeable yet, but by the 17th the evening will be lighter for a minute longer than on December 10th.

Of course the bad news is that the mornings will be getting darker until the end of the month.
