Do these idiots really think they are clever.

🚨Breaking🚨

Trans activists have just disrupted the annual Conference being held by LGB Alliance by releasing insects in the main hall.

These nasty individuals who seek to disrupt a peaceful conference of lesbian and gay people show themselves up to be the real bigots.

Remind me again please, why LGB was ‘fused’ with the T. And the Q
What’s this ‘spewing hate’ ???
The spewing appears to be flowing in one direction only. Apologies for the metal image.

And sorry to Dean 🌷

It’s a terrible backfire on the Trans Activist cause, judging by the various news comment sections.

The Metro has been very trans friendly in the past (column by Nonbinary Owl of Fox and Owl fame) but the comments are just as critical as those on The Mail article:

metro.co.uk/2024/10/11/thousands-crickets-unleashed-anti-trans-event-addressed-jk-rowling-21782166/amp/

I've tried several times to load the comments but just get a rotating circle. Have they been taken down?

lcakethereforeIam · 12/10/2024 16:00

Reported on in the Telegraph, it was posted on the previous thread but I'm not sure that I've seen it on this one

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2024/10/11/suspected-trans-protesters-release-hundreds-crickets/

Apologies if it's a duplicate.

I'm don't recollect hearing this name before

Other speakers included Catherine Leng, a former senior journalist on the BBC News Channel, who left the corporation after multiple disciplinary actions over her gender-critical views.

Speaking at the conference, she said the BBC had been, and remained, unbalanced in its coverage of trans issues.

She said: “2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019, everything was so trans-affirmative it was incredible. There were no stories about puberty blockers but there were stories about transgender struggles.”

A BBC spokesman said: “We don’t agree with this characterisation; the BBC reports a wide range of views and perspectives on the subject, in line with our editorial guidelines.”

As soon as I've posted this I'll go look on the BBC news site for their report on this incident that they'll definitely have up Hmm.

I'm glad the young people have been reported to Prevent, for all the good it'll do. All their actions to date have been consequence free for them. They seem to be hanging out with and influenced by men with a history of violence and instability. I'm sure they're cockahoop in their little bubble, getting lots of kudos from their glitter family. They need returning to reality sharpish.

the key document here is something called Dentons. I will leave you to research it. it has proved (up until about five minutes ago) very successful.

In the Mermaids and LGBAlliance court case, it was revealed only 7% of the members are LGB.

Why on Earth do you write that rubbish repeatedly? It is disproved rapidly, every time. Nobody believes it at all. If you write such easily disprovable stuff like that, how can you expect anybody to believe anything else you write?

Bannedontherun · 12/10/2024 16:33

I suspect that someone resembling a son of god tree fruit is lurking finger poised over report button, but of course I may be incorrect.

Twitter/X users have noticed that the group claiming responsibility have set up a crowd funder asking for £1,000 to help feed the crickets that they admit to already having released in the previous paragraph. 🤔

https://x.com/sleeepysandy/status/1845045098309919091

Why are they enabled to do this within the law?

What percentage of mermaids supporters are children?

Seems only trans activists are allowed allies.

lcakethereforeIam · 12/10/2024 16:45

Pretty sure none of them are Mermaids.

Surely they identify as merfolk.

A dozen or more friends and close contacts were at the LGBA conference yesterday. Two of them were sitting just a few seats away when the crickets were released and have photos: several others noticed them: one talked to them for a while when they visited the LGBA Friends stalls. (LGBA Friends groups are an attempt at establishing LGB friendly social groups to try and win back the kind of community events and get-togethers that the transgender movement has destroyed.) Everyone I know who encountered them says that two of the 'girls' were young men, no doubt about it. And all were very middle-class. 'Dripping with middle-class privilege' is how one of them put it. Posh private school accents, expensive-looking clothing and very confident. 'The hedge fund managers of the future'. A couple of them report seeing the kids gathered round SJ/ Alan Baker outside the venue before the event. CCTV should be able to confirm this. If I was their parent I'd be terrified for my child.

The LGBA conference prides itself for being open to all, and this isn't the first conference where people have attended with the intention of disrupting. There was the year a trans-identified male went with the sole intention of using the women's loos and made a huge song and dance when he was prevented from doing so.

One of the gay men I know was at the Admiral Duncan in 1999 when the bomb went off and killed three and left dozens with life-changing injuries. He's been at the conference earlier in the day and was the first person to message me with news of the cricket-release. He said 'It wasn't a bomb this time, but who knows what they'll try next.' He certainly feels it was a terrorist act, aimed at a community which has often been targeted in the past. I do hope Maya Forstater's report to the Prevent team is taken seriously.

They should read the below and consider if that's who they want Ollie and Jemima to hang around with.

PronounssheRa · 12/10/2024 17:23

If its true that SJB is in the orbit of these kids then their parents should be very very worried.

EmpressaurusDeiGatti · 12/10/2024 17:54

Apparently today is the start of National Hate Crime Awareness Week. This lot got their hate crime in slightly early.

lcakethereforeIam · 12/10/2024 18:31

I wonder if these kids have ever been told no. They seem simultaneously terribly confident and massively naive, just like the JSO brats.

BoreOfWhabylon · 12/10/2024 18:51

The law lecturer mother was apparently outside, so presumably happy with the company her child keeps. Fool.

lcakethereforeIam · 12/10/2024 19:17

Has anyone seen any reports on the BBCNews? It must have been syndicated, there's an article about it on all the local sites.

EasternStandard · 12/10/2024 19:43

Can you imagine if this was done to any other group?

Why on earth is this not investigated and charged?

I don’t get what’s happening here. This is dehumanisation and for any other group it wouldn’t be enabled
