Co Pilot doesn't wish to be left out of the poeming
In a quaint little town, not far from the sea,
Lived a troupe of gerbils, as lively as can be.
With tiny top hats and tails all a-twirl,
They’d dance and they’d sing, making hearts unfurl.
From pub to pub, they’d travel each night,
Performing grand shows, a dazzling sight.
With sequins that sparkled and costumes so bright,
Their musical numbers were pure delight.
They’d tap and they’d twirl on tiny, swift feet,
To rhythms and melodies, oh so sweet.
With showstopping routines and harmonies grand,
They’d captivate crowds all across the land.
The gerbils would bow as the audience cheered,
Their fame and their talent widely revered.
In every public house, their legend grew,
A troupe of gerbils, the finest crew.
So if you ever hear a tiny tap-tap,
Or a chorus of squeaks in a rhythmic rap,
Know that the gerbil troupe is near,
Bringing joy and laughter, spreading cheer.
