Brilliantly said but I'd phrase it convicted rapist because we don't want to loose sight of how rare it is a rapist actually gets a conviction. If they are not convicted I guess they are still a woman.

Sorry, if a man who says he is a woman is accused of rape he'll be a man to the polis until I suppose if he is proven not guilty, at which point he'll presumably become a woman again.

It should be a criminal offence to take a tax payer funded salary and provide this much stupid in return.
