Looks like she's a political scientist.
The replies to her on X are quite robust (hearteningly):
It's difficult to understand how a journalist could get so many things wrong. The issues around male people with DSDs in female sport are well known, as is the IOC's refusal to address them. Feminists and sports scientists have been campaigning on this for years.
The IOC accepted Khelif in the boxing competition because it accepts biological males in the female category in boxing (unlike the IBA). Don't you find that disturbing? That inclusion is more important than the safety of female boxers?
Disinformation? Khelif may have been raised a girl but it seems clear that the boxer has a male dsd which androgenised his body at puberty. The IOC has failed to protect the integrity of women's sport. The IOC has not denied the accuracy of the tests, it simply won't engage.
