Help me present evidence to my son

My DS is 18 and heavy into the TWAW belief. He thinks JK Rowling is a despicable human being for her position and thinks that women should have no problem with all of this, and it's all just "scare-mongering" to say otherwise. Whenever I try to talk to him about this I end up getting too emotional to be rational. I really want to present him with evidence that this movement is not good for women - please help direct me to some good resources. Thank you.

Also, why are so many of you on here men???? The patriarchy is the misogynistic force behind trans hate ladies.

As far as I know, I'm the only man on this thread.

I think you'll find most people on this thread couldn't give a single shiny shit about being misgendered.

Why do you think that might be?

"I have evidence but I won't let you see it, unless you can find it for yourself" isn't very convincing. I have been looking for a rational, coherent exposition of trans identity thinking for years now, and I haven't found it. It would be nice if even one of the far more clever trans activists could show me where it is. Even my son seems unable or unwilling to explain why I am "a bigot" if I have a different understanding to him. I have been wondering lately where the true bigotry lies - is it not with the people who will go no contact with someone purely because they see the world differently?

You wouldn't know the evidence, it goes to a different school

Did you know gender studies is a university discipline? Go figure. Evidence? Go look. I won’t personally tell you because I know you won’t respect the doctors and professors around the world making their research public.

Gosh.

I don't usually engage with this kind of thing.

But I am going to say something serious in response to your post.

Suicide and suicide ideation are contagious.

This constant telling young vulnerable people that they are part of a cohort that has very high rates of suicide is dangerous. It not evidence based and it is highly irresponsible.

Please stop doing it.

I just read an article in Transgender Studies Quarterly and to give you an idea why I won’t waste my time evidencing everything I think with an intelligent polite ish but closed minded person here are the references.
