You can try and shame us and smear us and tick us off. You can threaten us and abuse us and try to intimidate us. Sirens and smoke bombs and scoldings.

It doesn't work.

We won't wheesht.

None of us are going anywhere, and the more you attack us and try to stop women from speaking, the more clearly you reveal your own misogyny.

The people outside the shop whilst the women hide for an hour before the police had to turn up with a van to escort them to safety.
The same police who told one women if she didn’t like being harassed to go home.

I doubt she claims to represent any woman except herself, @Amy8 . But she makes a space for all and any woman to speak.

She invites women who agree with her to support her. But you don't have to, to speak at one of her events.

I wish you would aim your criticism at the men who oppress all women. Not at women of all colours & classes (there were brown suffragettes and working class suffragettes) who are trying to make the world a little better for all of us.
