Anyone else getting Dark Crystal vibes at the idea of extracting Woman Essence?

Plenty of the men who discover that (in their opinion) they are women really manage to hold down 'man jobs' both before and after transition so I'm not buying that they are hampered by lady essence that prevents them from managing anything technical.

Indeed. Strange that.

Here is one. McCloud seems to think that ill or injured female people in hospital are a therapeutic resource for McCloud’s needs. That female people must accept this male person on any female ward because being isolated doesn’t suit McCloud.

Strange ain’t it that nothing to do with a female body ever slowed down this male person’s career.

And I really wish the fucked up PoMo theory would stop being rolled out. Just because a body has been modified, doesn’t make it ‘female’. Fuck off with the ‘endocrinologically’ female. No, that is a male body using artificial hormones. Leveraging a female person’s medical condition to say ‘women take artificial hormones too’ doesn’t mean a male body is equivalent to a female body with a medical condition. It is a really emotionally manipulative tactic.

It's been done, thanks to WichyWicherson, if I remember - and spell - rightly.
It could be distilled down to homeopathic quantities, I should imagine, by a distillation process mentioned by a PP which I was impressed by - FWR is so educational! - but have now totally forgotten what it's calledConfused

Ooohhh. How many women were macerated to get it to a decent strength to distill? And what was the base for the wash to distill? Wine or grain spirit? Pot still gives the best flavours I think so I hope it was pot distilled with a low angle neck so we get as much character as possible!

Brilliant.

NoBinturongsHereMate · 05/06/2024 10:51

Maceration or enfleurage would be OK, but no steam distillation or supercritical fluid extraction.

The first 2 you could sell as spa treatments and make money at both ends of the process. Except it would have to be a women-only spa, and we know what happens with those. Which means you'd get caught in a logic loop.

MarieDeGournay · 05/06/2024 10:59

'Enfleurage' - that sounds very dodgy, in a medieval sort of way.
A fate worse than maceration??
'Supercritical fluid extraction' - I knew I could depend on somebody to teach me something new, every day a school day on here, eh?😃

I'm afraid to ask about the processes involved in producing baby oil and baby powder😱

See, I was thinking that we didn’t have to kill the women first too. That we could set up a spa just as you suggest.

But surely steam distillation of the spa liquid will be adequately stable. Do we have to drink the homeopathic remedy? Or are you thinking oils? Because I am all for the drinking and thinking that way!

I mean if we are talking large quantities and we are not worried about retaining character, then we could use a column continuous method.

NoBinturongsHereMate · 05/06/2024 11:13

Not all all. It's simply 'making something flowery' - the opposite of deflowering.

Steam distillation as the second stage would indeed be fine. And if we're going homeopathic for maximum return then alcohol is indeed the way to go - I'm not sure you can do homeopathy directly from oils.

An alternative first stage would be the process used for pheromone experiments, which would simply involve us all strapping absorbent pads to our armpits for a week. Simple, but possibly too authentic an essence of woman.

Shades of Perfume on this thread !😱

Helleofabore · 05/06/2024 11:29

ooh... no... then you can get the impurities from the material of the pads.

Spa sounds just the ticket. Of course, they should get out for toilet breaks and food. But then... those women in the spa might get a bit cranky staying there for all time, so we need a roster. We can chuck some flowers in to make it extra flowery if we want.

I think that if we use the pot still we can adjust the angle of the neck to make batches that are super rich essence or just lighter in character.

DeanElderberry · 05/06/2024 11:53

I'm pleased that we seem to be admitting that humans have pheromones. Was the vigorous denial of this by some people influenced by a wish to not admit sex exists?

Helleofabore · 05/06/2024 11:57

Are we admitting that?

I was thinking just having water that has been 'bathed and luxuriated in' (better marketing) as the base for the distillation would just capture whatever was going on those bods.

Dumbo12 · 05/06/2024 11:59

Oh no! Now the special ones will be wanting to drink the shower water in the swimming baths and gyms, not just parade about with their tackle out!

Oh you're right, nobints was just suggesting using the same techniques used in pheromone experiments. Sneaky.

I think a tissue with the sweat of one woman's brow, dipped briefly into an Olympic swimming pool, filtered through another thousand Olympic swimming pools, with each of those being diluted through another thousand ought to do it.

Or would that be too concentrated?

Helleofabore · 05/06/2024 12:05

Thanks Dumbo... I think that water would need expensive purifying to remove the soap, shampoo and conditioner. But... if we could get the women to have a two minute shower in a clean cubicle where we can capture that water... that might work too. That could be added to super strength distillation.

We are on a winner!

Helleofabore · 05/06/2024 12:11

Sinner... Nice suggestion. But not to deter you, I think we need to dilute the final distillate rather than the distillation wash that goes into the still to get a product that we can then grade according to that final dilution. Keep bringing your innovation hat to meetings though!

I notice my woman essence when I'm talking to males about things like what I need to do in the house, and they just are like hmm and I feel like I'm going on too much, and this doesn't happen when I talk to women about the same things

I think bee that you might have a problem with the male people you hang out with.

I think you'll find @SinnerBoy ladies do not sweat - we glow. Horses sweat, men perspire, ladies glow.

Personally I glow like a pig at the slightest exertion.

LarkLane · 05/06/2024 13:13

And Prince Andrew doesn't sweat at all.

And at the mere sight of polyester.

DeanElderberry · 05/06/2024 14:27

I glowed so intensely at craft club the other day that I dripped on my decoupage picture. Most distressing.

NoBinturongsHereMate · 05/06/2024 14:59

Pigs don't glow at all, which is why they have to wallow.

TWETMIRF · 05/06/2024 15:10

You're going about this backwards, getting the womanly essence from transmen is what you need. Charge an absolute fortune to drain away the nasty womany stuff to help them feel more manly and then it can be used on the transwomen. You can do the same with man juice although I am NOT suggesting any particular method of extraction.
