I think this stuff harms children. So I understand why KJK feels justified in calling it out. The language is shocking because we associate it with other kinds of harm that are caused by malice or neglect.
Maybe that shock will make some people see it differently. And I think KJK is a grown up, capable of choosing how she wants to express her arguments.
The problem with polarising language though is it is really easy to dismiss. GC women know that we aren't rights hoarding dinosaurs or transphobic bigots. Calling us those things may work somewhat to get other GC women to self censor incase they are misunderstood too, but it doesn't make us think "oh no, you're right, I was banging on about women's safety, dignity and privacy and the harms to children but you got me, none of that matters and I was actually just enjoying being mean to trans people."
Parents who love their children but who have come to understand their child's gender non conformity as a sign they are trans, and see their acceptance of that as an ultimate expression of their love and acceptance of them, aren't going to recognise the harm they are doing their child, or recognise CA as what they are doing.
So accusations like that seem so out of left field that they think you are crazy.
It's like left wing people calling right wing people greedy and selfish, when they may well be as or more generous as individuals but just disagree with government being the best way to help poor people improve their lives. (I am left wing, but I care a lot about understanding why folk think differently and have observed that Conservatives funnily enough don't think they are the bad guys and so criticism of them being evil/uncaring/greedy etc just doesn't stick meaningfully).
