Going to be honest if I had some skin from my arse grafted to my face I would forever think of it as arse skin. And anyone daft enough to take fat from their stomach and have it injected in their arse is now just a person with stomach fat in their arse.

I don't agree with unnecessary surgical procedures so I think what Kim Kardashian has done and promotes is in the same vein as what this guy is doing. Making out that surgical operations that aren't necessary and could kill you are just like a nice spa break.

And it doesn't matter how fucked up it is that 'vagina' (most definitely not a vagina) is very much his penis repurposed. Which I'm sure he'll realise just as soon as those hairs unsuccessfully killed off during electrolysis start growing again

All this body modification is unnecessary surgery and in countries with universal healthcare even if they pay for the body mod privately, taxpayers are still picking up the tab for botch jobs, reversals, sepsis/infections, scar revision, medications, the list is endless and I think it should all be out of pocket.
