I don't agree with unnecessary surgical procedures so I think what Kim Kardashian has done and promotes is in the same vein as what this guy is doing. Making out that surgical operations that aren't necessary and could kill you are just like a nice spa break.

All this body modification is unnecessary surgery and in countries with universal healthcare even if they pay for the body mod privately, taxpayers are still picking up the tab for botch jobs, reversals, sepsis/infections, scar revision, medications, the list is endless and I think it should all be out of pocket.
