Planet Fitness is a franchisor with 2.5k gyms in North America. A woman entered her local gym in Alaska to find a man standing in front of the mirror shaving. A 12 year old girl in a towel was sitting in the corner. The woman confronted the man who said he was LGBTQ and could be there. She asked him to leave and he refused. She took his photo (he was fully dressed with shirt hair and looks exactly like any other bloke) and complained to the front desk, who did nothing. She has now had her membership canceled and she has been reported for taking a photo of a member which is against the rules.
She said she is going to report his presence to police.

Planet Fitness is everywhere here in the USA and it's an extremely bad look, as she says, to prioritize a man over a 12 year old girl.

He is now being accompanied by staff in and out of the changing room, while the woman who complained was told she could always use a cubicle and then had her membership canceled.

What would you call a man who wants to undress next to little girls ?

Any man wanting to share a changing room space with a naked 12 year old girl has questionable motives to say the very least.

She claims she spoke to the police who said the law is on the side of the man - I am assuming because it's a private establishment and they accept self-ID. This is what happens; women and girls have no recourse when men invade our spaces. It's important for women to fight back and make sure it's known that we won't accept boundaries being violated.

We're rightly questioning why this adult man feels it's fine for him to intrude in a female space where a 12 year old girl is undressed and in a towel.

No, we are stating the bleeding obvious that any adult male who wants to be in the presence of a naked 12 year old girl has questionable motives.

And before you bleat the TWAW mantra, they are male it is the defining criteria for being a TW.

Prioritising the feelings of a man over the feelings and safety of twelve year old girls now, and still people try and defend it.

This is it isn't it? Why is this ok? There will be mums with daughters younger than 12 as well won't there? Getting changed? Showering?

She was talking a photo of the clothed interloper as well you know.
