I've just had half a griddle scone from the bakery. It looks like an enormous tattie scone. Split in half, toasted and spread with butter.

By God, it was delicious. Trying to stop myself eating the rest.

Alas it was four different toast toppings which when you actually have to eat it for your tea after making it for the photo, isn't that nice as your main evening meal. I'd have preferred Battenberg cake.
