The artist responsible for the legs, Rakel McMahon, may have carried out the work off her own bat. She also may be steeped in genderwoo ('are they even female legs') and she did it knowing there had been a recent sexual assault in the park.

I had a very quick look at Rakel's Instagram (I don't have an account and I got thrown out). What I saw was lots of paintings of naked women in a kind of stained glass effect. If it was her work, it was nothing ground breaking imo but it was okay.
