Dont think IW will face any repercussions from the police - didn’t Fair Cop come about because of people were using the police force to pursue instances of non hate crimes that were nonetheless recorded against the alleged perpetrator, even if the “crime” had been to retweet something using pronouns that didn’t match with someone’s self-chosen set?

She has had enough. Def did it on purpose. Although right now with EA as it is (unclear), the court case would sadly, be flimsy. This is why it needs updating, to protect biological sex.

Although with the law relying on truth (the whole truth and nothing but the truth) , it might turn out that biological sex matters after all.. 🙌🙌👀

@BeckyAMumsnet, thanks for your reply. If 'misgendering' someone means referring to them as their biological sex, or using pronouns reflecting their biological sex, and those posts are being deleted, then truth is being censored.

If a scientist were to take a blood sample or a cheek swab etc from IW today, those cells will show up as male. If, many hundreds of years after IW's death, archaeologists excavate his grave, the remains will show a male pelvis; forensic analysis of tooth enamel will confirm the body as male.

If IW were to be posting on here this evening and referring to himself as female, that would be his belief, if the rest of us post on here and refer to him as male, that is ours because many of us believe in the truth of scientific fact and that belief is now protected in law.

Yep. He is a biological male. And we should be ‘allowed’ to say that he is a biological male. In fact it is stark raving bonkers to say that for example, a biological male is female and is therefore allowed to get his wanger out in girls changing rooms.

She's a genius, I'm in no doubt now. Just as peak madness hit twitter with the reporting her to the police nonsense she tweeted about WPATH thus gaining maximum exposure for the story that really matters that the media are ignoring.

I would very much like to see India interviewed by a journalist who sits and listens to whatever rant about JKR is being frothed about but then starts pulling up some of India's actually abusive tweets and grilling India on those.

"When you tweeted this to Esther Krakue, do you think she should have reported you to the police for sending a grossly offensive message via a public communication network?"

And so on. Actually quite annoying to see the lack of critical inquiry from any of the press outlets India has whined to in the past couple of days.

Only a short time ago, JK Rowling said she was willing to go to prison rather than be forced into using the wrong pronouns and now it seems the gauntlet she threw down has been taken up by India.

I'm pretty sure one has to have a GRC to have a -falsified amended birth certificate issued.

In which case either IW is lying about what IW's bc says, or IW has got a GRC despite claiming not to have done so.

And anyway, the falsified amended bc is on a special register, and the one registering IW's birth as a male still exists and is held by the Registrar General
