It’s odd that someone would allege it was written by SH as SH was not mentioned in the LFC letter or tweet about the letter…?

Did Hayden just admit to writing and sending a threatening letter to Sean Doyle that, to me at least, reads as blackmail? Is it obvious that Sean is a Liverpool fan? If not and SH did write and send the letter (as it seems SH has admitted) how did SH know to use that threat against Sean?

It strikes me as odd to seemingly blackmail someone then issue an injunction complaining about telling people, but I am (like SH I understand) not a lawyer.

Hayden reported the tweets to West Yorkshire Police as a ‘hate crime’. In September 2018. Boudica10 was interviewed by Norfolk Police. Hayden again visited West Yorkshire Police and issued proceedings at Leeds County Court under S.3 of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 against Boudica10 and another tweeter, Danvers07943910.

I have deliberately concealed the real name of Boudica10 to protect their identity.

IANAL but it seems to me to be the Streisand Effect in full glory.

There’s a very long list of people that have come onto the radar of SH. There’s some gardening currently going on for Ruth Hill for this very reason (she is Tantrumfly on TwiX).

Hayden confirmed this morning that Hayden has now actually sued me for:

• Defamation
• Harassment
• Breach of the Data Protection Act 2018
• Breach of the UK GDPR
• Breach of confidence regarding privileged documents

The matter(s) concerned will take place in the High Court, likely at the start of the summer. I have not received the claim form(s) because there is apparently a delay of 2-3 weeks issuing claims, and then Hayden has a further 4 months to actually serve me.

As ever, your kind thoughts, prayers, moral support, etc. is welcomed. I am seeking counsel from a very generous set of voluntary legal advisors.

Even having gone into all the links etc that people have posted in this thread, I am really confused as to what’s going on!

SH has taken (or threatened to take) legal action against a number of different people for what they’ve posted on X? Some of which are ongoing, some still to be issued? And one such action led to an order in the High Court, which SH has recently (it’s been suggested) breached by revealing details SH shouldn’t have?

Am I, more or less, following it all?

Don't forget that to point out even the slightest hint of SH's wrongdoing is transphobic. Any criticism is nothing to do with SH having an absolute monstrous personality but because SH is trans.
