I am pleased to announce that the court has approved a settlement order for both the High Court and County Court cases, which was based on terms I proposed.

I received letter after letter and email after email but with the help of Charles and Matthew it came, for me, to a very satisfactory end.

I wouldn’t be bullied into anything even after sickening things were put before me in an attempt to get me to discontinue. It didn’t work.

It was pure desperation on Haydens part and his constant trawling of my twitter account and bizarre rants in numerous emails and letters was just hysterical.

Whats funny is that i am not even anyone special. i am just a regular fella who believes in doing the right thing and when asked to help someone who was desperate for help i stepped into Haydens firing line and came out unscathed and victorious

After nearly 40 years of activism i cant be rattled by some Divvy who thought he could scare me with blag threats

My normal life involves me family, me mates and the many 4 legged friends who live with us or who i rescue.

One attempt at scaring me actually had ( in caps and bright red lettering )

“You have the right to remain silent and refuse to answer questions. If you give up the right to remain silent, anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law”.

While I cannot disclose the specifics of the orders, I am very satisfied with the results and will post a redacted letter sent to me by Hayden in an attempt to get me to give in. It really is appalling.

It is important to clarify that I am not making any payments to Hayden, not a penny, and I am not under any court injunctions or obligations.

I am grateful to @LegalGengar for his assistance, as his expertise was crucial in navigating this situation. The lads a legal genius and took a lot of abuse by Hayden as did my solicitor on some twisted attempt to get them thrown off my case. He lost that battle as well.

I recommend reviewing the reports he has compiled on Grift Watch and retweeting and liking so as to get his information out to even more people.

Hiring Charles Knapper of Curtis Whiteford Crocker Solicitors on February 21st was the best thing i did as i was definitely going into this quite naively and thinking i could do it all on my own

while reaching a favorable resolution today we got a satisfactory conclusion in just 22 days which is truly remarkable.

I have no intentions of divulging any more information about Hayden's past, as I prefer to leave that to others and i am sure they will.

The distress caused by various documents revealing details about my family, my home and other things has solidified my decision to distance myself from Hayden on twitter. He did himself no favours and the more desperate he got the more nasty the threats became.

I want to express my gratitude to everyone who supported me throughout this ordeal. Without your backing, the outcome would have been very different.

Seeking legal advice was without doubt what got me the decision today and that advice was from many people on twitter.

Having read all the emails & recent twitter frothing-2 phrases I loved

Oh how I hope this turns out to be some people's 'fuck around and find out' moment. Some people have become very confident that the police and the courts exist to punish people they dislike. How I hope that confidence is misplaced. 🍿

LegalGengar had mentioned the gagging order being in favour of Sean Doyle on the fruit farms.

I did also notice that Hayden was on TwiX at 2am this morning, posted confidential information later on and has since protected the account again. But not before screen shots were taken.

So was there a Big Sharon reveal or is that exactly who we all thought it was?

Legalgengar is dangling that one as a teaser until all the legal actions are completed.

he has revealed though that the same email address that Sharon used was also connected with an account at 🥝 farm.

i doubt Sharon’s identity will be a surprise, most people will assume it to be a “close associate” of SH.

I do hope it’s a case of ‘play stupid games, win stupid prizes’.

Someone is not happy.

The LFC tweet regards a snippet of a document allegedly written by SH, which seems to imply that LFC would be interested in the alleged homophobia and transphobia of the subject of the letter. One can only assume the letter author was thinking along the lines of what happened to Linzi Smith at NUFC.

I'm very pleased with the outcome for Sean's sake.

Few people know that Hayden's very first one of these legal attacks on people was carried out on a male to female old school type of transsexual. I cannot remember the person's name, but this person is a qualified solicitor but is not in general practice, but is a company lawyer i.e works for one company only.

This person became interested that Haydn was self-describing as a lawyer and started tweeting the results of enquiries made. This person had contacted the Law Society and the bar council and asked them questions in order to try to establish whether Haydn is a solicitor type of lawyer or a barrister type of lawyer, but discovered that Haydn was not listed by either of those professional bodies as being in either of those professions.

This person posted on Twitter to let everyone know this information. Haydn's response was to go to the High Court and start a lawsuit against this person for defamation of character or something like that. This corporate lawyer had not said or tweeted anything wrong, merely factual information that anybody could have found out. Despite that Hayden took out a high court action against the corporate solicitor.

The case was settled or discontinued without ever going to court as has I believe every single one since then full stop there are over 20 now I think someone said there were 26 or 27.
