I know not how the system works but to a layman on the surface this looks bad.
I'm getting a Columbo like vibe off Legal Gengar. It feels ike they are going to doggedly dig and not let go. "just one more thing......." It feels to me like the whole house of cards might come a tumbling down.
There's always professional bobble hat modelling if finances get tough.....

Not relating to any person in particular but say you used multiple different names, could you have bank accounts in those different names and then spread your money so that each identity had a small amount of money? If you ever needed to produce evidence of your savings then it would be only in the name of whoever needed to be checked. Changing ID seems to be easy these days and you could have one item for each name

It could depend in which country the accounts are.

i have (UK) accounts in both my married and maiden name but all the credit reference agencies pick them up and report them as being mine. I’m presuming based on it being the same first names, DoB, address etc.

National Insurance number is probably immutable even if you change name/gender/whatever. It would be a great way to link things to one person.

Any interest bearing accounts are linked to your NI number, that’s how hmrc know how much interest you earn.

You certainly used to be able to create new separate IDs but I think it’s a lot more difficult to do nowadays. People would use the birth certificates of dead people as a starting point to creating an entirely separate identity. The police used this method when they had undercover non-consensual relationships with female activists.

The irony of writing “Given that you hold yourself out as an unregistered barrister” in that letter!

The entire grift is just DARVO.

I really, really hope this is where it all falls apart for some people. Some people have been gaming the system and hurting others unchecked for much much too long.

As a wee update, LegalGengar has done some digging and tracked down the ‘Sharon Stenton’ email writer, although this will be kept under wraps until legal proceedings are over.

Also seems that there will be more to come at some point on Grift Watch.

Many of you are waiting for the update regarding Stephanie Hayden’s case against me.

I have been extremely reluctant to use mainstream fundraising platforms because of the attempts by trans activists to shut down anything relating to a GC case. Historically this has caused loss of time and money.

Sean Doyle has successfully set up his fundraiser and despite several suspensions of his crowdfunder as a result of complaints from SH and/or his followers, he has managed to keep it up and Crowdjustice have proven to be very even handed.

Based on Sean’s fantastic resilience on the platform and the fantastic outcomes from other cases that mean our cases now have a place in legal history - I’ve decided to take my fundraiser mainstream.

Your donations reached £3000 initially and I paid up the first lot of bills.

I have also changed legal team.

It’s not a secret that I have the same legal team as Sean and I feel that they have a really good measure of Hayden and how to put this litigious behaviour to bed once and for all.

The Crowd Finder will go live at 9:00am tomorrow morning and I’ll post the link then.

My Substack will continue and tonight I will post more information about a number of other related issues of interest.

I also ask that if you can donate to both myself and Sean then please do.

We are fighting the same dragon.

Just for a little suspense ….. Things are about to get very interesting.

Finally there are a number of targets that are not going to be bullied into submission by Hayden.

Somebody has to stand up to this and go the whole way in an attempt to stop this nonsense in its tracks.

The best way to stop a bully is to size them up and challenge their behaviour.

In all of this please don’t forget @ LegalGengar who is going through the same process.

I truly hope that our cases are the ones to end this awful legacy of abuse of the court system.

I hope the Scottish Parliament get clued up about this case before 1st April.

Well, well, well.

I noticed that Hayden unlocked Hayden’s Twitter account a few days ago, although is no longer claiming to be based in Cape Town in the bio. Also dropped the claim to be a ‘current affairs commentator’ but still likes to use ‘lawyer’.

Legal Gengar is working on another article about Hayden too.

Sean Doyle’s current pinned Tweet is 😮 too - includes a screenshot of a threatening email from ‘Sharon Stenton’ to Legal Gengar claiming to have ‘dirt’ on a number of people, including Sean.
