The mention of children is unclear but must have a background to the full speech? LGBT Labour hasn't tweeted about it but others have. Rayner and Dodds also in attendance.

You know those insane preachers that stand in town screaming "repent" and going on about the end of days, the ones that would make even the most devoted nun think "hell no"

A long time ago I used to canvass for the Labour Party. I imagine other posters have too. It was drilled into us: never, ever get into arguments no matter what the provocation.

I also believe that, if that were to happen then Starmer would be a goner, and much as he annoys me, the thought of Angela Rayner stepping up to take over a hung parliament does little to settle my nerves. There's still a lot to think about.

Actually, I do get you, Adam but we're cynical. You want to believe that Starmer's Labour mean what they say, without obfuscation and it would be great if they did.

On the other hand, many of them have shown that they put transw front and centre and refuse to support GC women, even their own members, who've said what they think. Rosie Duffield's monstering at the hands of Russel-Moyle in the HoC, for example. His assertion that it's wrong to say that only women have cervices, 1% of women have penises, for example.

The white livered fuck should have drummed Russel-Moyle out of the party, but he did the square root of fuck all.

He may say that he wants to protect women, but based on a number of his previous drivellings and actions, many have concluded that he meas that penis women will be priorities and actual women will be a distant afterthought.

Lloyd Russell Moyle is awful and if I lived in his constituency there is no way I'd be voting for him
