Roz Adams was employed by Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre (ERCC) as a counsellor. She is claiming constructive dismissal for Gender Critical (GC) beliefs. The CEO of ERCC is a well known transwoman known for, among other things, controversial "reframe your trauma" remarks.

Did anyone else think "I don't know whether I can arsed with the tribunal today" only to find that within seconds of NC starting go "O.M.G. I'd forgotten how gripping this stuff is to watch!"?

NC commenting yet again on MW not being present to give evidence:

"There's no good reason why he shouldn't have been."

NC going for the new hate crime arrest.

NC talking about the operation of ERCC's trans inclusive policies means that in respect of a client seeing MW, his sex is "private medical information that he's under no obligation to disclose to a service user."

NC is refusing to mis-sex MW.

NC made a good point there about the hypothetical Muslim service user misled as to MW's sex, that the service user would only find it (the later reveal of MW's sex) traumatic "if she was a woman who believes in sex realism".

In other words, the operation of ERCC is on the basis of ideological compliance.
