This says it all really, in the trans "be kind" debate.

Women - don't want men/transwomen to punch them, rape them, attack them, flash at them.

Transwomen and trans apologists - agonising over the cruelty of misgendering.

Curious to know how many born female transgender people want to compete against born men?

Take away the words woman and she.

Group A have biologically female bodies.

Group B have an inner sense of something.

Some people are in both groups. Some are only in one. Some are in neither.

I'm not going to argue which Group should be allowed to call themselves Woman or She.

I AM going to argue that "women's sports", and spaces, and protections, and opportunities, and rights were set up when women meant Group A and were therefore intended for Group A.

Claiming that membership of Group B should confer a right to any of these things simply because Group B has politicked to redefine the words that previously applied to group A without making any case as to why groups A and B should be interchangeable other than a shared name is logically incoherent and morally reprehensible.

I really hope this world is real, because if I'm imagining it, I need to hand my badge in right now and stop.

There's a trans woman fighter in Thailand who fights men. That's what is safe and fair for everyone involved. Biological differences can't be understated enough in fight sports

And I say that as a woman in martial arts. I fight men (non competitively) who are shorter and lighter than me who can still beat me in a match of physical strength. I've sparred teenage boys who are stronger than me. It's not safe in a competitive fight

A born female transgender person will have known all their lives that males are stronger. From primary onwards. So I expect there wouldn’t be a rush to step into a ring.

They don’t seem to forsake reality to the same extent and so if they then choose to fight a man, they will have considered it long and hard. They will know of the disadvantages and will weigh up the risk.

What they don’t do - as is evidenced here - is to put themselves forward to fight someone knowing that they have an inborn physical advantage and give their opponent no warning of that fact or an opportunity for their opponent to consider the risk.

Some should ask themselves why only someone born a man feels that this is an acceptable thing to do.

And should then ask themselves why they are so hung up on ‘hims’ and ‘males’ rather than the fact that someone born a male is so very, very outraged that someone pre-warned a woman and gave her a chance to weigh up that risk.

So proud of our sports women who are taking a stance against this trans nonesense

Sports bodies need to get with the times and recognise changes need to be made to safeguard women’s sports
