you can “believe” Caster is a woman, just as you are free to believe that the earth is flat or the tooth fairy exists. You’d be wrong just as you are wrong that there is such a thing as male women, but, whatever.

Are you trying to imply that the court documents regarding Semenya’s sex contain ‘unfounded’ accusations?

Due to discriminatory hatred, I guess?

I guess maybe it's easier for some to believe that hundreds of people and entire court systems disagree with you on a factual matter because they're all lying due to some unspecified phobia.

Occam's razor should leave you open to the possibility that you might be wrong. At least address the points of disagreement.

Do we agree that Semenya has 5-ARD, at least?

In which case we're debating the set of male DSDs that World Athletics excludes from female sports (which can be summarised as those where you have male genetics and a male body responding to testosterone, including 5-ARD)?

I can totally understand why you are so annoyed but I honestly think this is just the next logical step in political liberalism which has been the dominant political philosophy and morality in western countries since at least the 1960’s. Anyone can be anything they want. This was where we have been heading for a long time now.

I don’t think we can have the political status quo minus this. We as a society need to ask ourselves if we are ready to rethink our values or not.

I genuinely don’t get your argument. On one hand you say that a TW, a male person who ‘lives as a woman’ or identifies as a woman or whatever, should not be permitted to perform in female sports. Yet on the other hand, you say Caster, a male person with a DSD, who ‘lives as a woman’ should.

Are you arguing with the rules for people with DSDs as they currently stand? Or do you not know that the DSD Caster has is one that only males have, and that Caster has gone through male puberty?

He could, but he won't because he'd lose badly against elite males. Semenya is a club level male runner.

Why are you insulting me? I wasn’t being ‘faux’ anything, I was asking you if you believe that the court documents are lying when they say that Caster Semenya has 5 ARD (which is disorder of sexual development that ONLY occurs in males)?

Perhaps I wasn’t being clear enough, but I will happily rephrase so that you understand me better.

Do you believe that that The Court for Sports Arbitration published falsehoods regarding Caster Semenya’s male sex?
