Like a lot of people the OU counsel had fallen into the trap of thinking the arguments stack up and when faced with someone who knows her subject and is not transphobic the arguments falls apart as there is no substance.

From an IT perspective, I think what could have happened with the limited number of observers is that they were told 50 was the maximum (for some probability of not crashing) and therefore only gave out 50 login links / pins. Total. Even though not everyone can observe every day.

On the JM cross examination style, I am finding it hard to read the updates here, haven't tried TT today ... I cannot imagine the strength it takes for Jo to withstand this for 2 whole days!

OU Counsel getting a bit snippy with BC as he asks whether Sarah Earle may end up getting called on Monday instead of tomorrow so that she can make appropriate arrangements to make herself available. OU Counsel seemed to take it as a personal affront that she's running behind time, saying this (ie questioning of Prof Jo) is taking longer than expected. Not that she blames Prof Jo you understand (!).
