That's very interesting, I wonder whether anyone would be able to bring a private prosecution, in the entirely likely event that the authorities won't reinstate the public order charge?

The truth is she has a life sentence and so has no "right" to be free. If they think it is necessary to keep her in prison, they can.

Having said that she should be permitted to live as a woman while in prison, including receiving appropriate healthcare.

I think this person should obviously be in the male estate, due to maleness. I expect that the staff will use the normal procedures to minimise the danger that this prisoner presents to other prisoners.

He can't be housed with 'other' women because he isn't any type of woman in the first place.

I think the other men are the ones at risk of his male violence, not the other way round.

I do wonder what level of depravity men who say they are women have to go do, for other men who say they are women to have an actual boundary and admit, yes these are men.
