Tunnocks

I have seen it quoted on here for many years that Tunnocks are to be supported as they support women's rights. I have looked on their website and social media and can see nothing to support this rumour. Does anyone have any evidence? Thanks.

Brava boiled, I'm still on a vague diet so actually it helps to know at least someone can eat all the too sweet stuff.

Obviously by 4pm I might well be off the vague diet, but I will run out of clothes if I get much bigger.

Bugger, miles from tunnocks and I'm now going for a walk to those cliffs that my kids are going to throw me off.

I managed to ration myself to only one Caramel Wafer yesterday - although I nearly took a second one up to bed with me, but didn't fancy sticky wafer crumbs in the clean sheets.

Yesterday, as result of this thread, while wandering in Waitrose, I bought a box of teacakes. I had to wait in a car park in a country park for a friend who was photographing nature, and I got bored. I allowd myself one. and then ate the rest. They don't fill up much,do they? Thank goodness I only bought one box,

They seem to have some secret addictive ingredient in there. Any other chocolate biscuits I can stop easily after one two, but teacakes I have no cut off point.

Stayed in a Scottish hotel recently that had teacakes and caramel wafers in the tray with the teabags etc. Made a nice change from shortbread. The housekeeping trolley had a massive box and it was very hard to stop them falling in my bag every time I walked past it.

Thanks to this thread I have also ordered some dark chocolate teacakes. M&S orange ones filled a small gap, and the advantage of them is that they are not individually wrapped so there is no small mountain of foil to give away how many have been eaten.

Boiled judging by the prices on that website earlier in the thread you could make a fortune with your accidental Tunnocks tea towels. I would rudely pinch the idea as I need a new way of king money, but I’d have to buy an iron first.

Many thanks for the vicarious enjoyment, Beetle ! I meant to get some caramel wafers for my daughter, on the way back from the bank, but only remembered the fizzy water.

I wish you well with your diet. I'm on day 8 and yesterday afternoon, my wife crushed the air out of my lungs gave me a hug and said that she could see some difference.

I remain unconvinced, I think she's just trying to encourage me.

Yeah, umm that's why my diet is vague. I loves my food. All food.
I'd actually be better doing some kind of training, but yet again menopause strikes.
One, I'm aching all over
Two, I am fucking knackered and
Three, I have no stamina.

It's all I can do to go to work and home. I haven't been out out in the last several months. I've had a family party I couldn't miss but that's it.
It's my birthday soon and I dont give a shit about going out to celebrate. I'd rather be home with no visitors. Fucking meno.
