It seems to be Irish, based in Cork. I thought I was pretty knowledgeable about autism groups, but I've never heard of this lot. Their training looks pretty expensive, and they appear to be trying to charge money for families to join - to me the entire thing looks very questionable.
In particular their "shop" page, full of "NEURODIVERSITY-AFFIRMING PRODUCTS". And their "our story" bit, which is all about how delighted they all were to discover they are autistic
and how wonderful being autistic is, which much be a bit of a kick in the teeth for parents of profoundly autistic, non-verbal and struggling children.
Trouble is , there is so little actual support for families, and waiting lists are so very long, people are desperate for help. And a new shiny, colourful, optimistic group of lovely autistic people who are just there to help, if you only sign a couple of cheques .....
I dunno, I'm not impressed (but I will research further).
