KF which a court has ruled posts false and defamatory content against trans people which meant a provider had to pay out a large sum of money. And the KF where users threaten police with violence. That KF?

You really are the living embodiment of that saying about not being able to reason someone out of a position they didn't reason themselves into.

Allegations are not deeds, which if you spent five minutes looking at Caroline Farrow's case you would know by now.

FFs read the room. Women have had enough. Barred from meeting, questioned for having purple and green ribbons, losing jobs and speaking engagements, even barred from attending football matches. When you say 'trans people' what do you mean. It is a wide umbrella. Are you referring to AGP men who get a sexual thrill from wearing women's clothes and being in women's spaces. (Debbie Hayton has a book coming put soon. Save up your pocket money.) Or are you referring to confused teenage girls, or those with other problems, perhaps cultural, perhaps abuse, perhaps instability, for whom transing is seen as a possible solution.

Linzi and others can confirm that 'gay' is not a single and unified community. The same is true of trans. There will be plenty of trans people and detransitioners who will agree that transparency and conversation is important if the most vulnerable within that 'community' are to be protected.

Where can this conversation take place. Not X or Reddit, both full of absolutist numpties like you. Mumsnet...and for those who don't identify as British mummies and their allies, KF.

It's all very well saying "don't visit hate sites" but that doesn't change the fact the site still exists and is used by people posting hate and making false accusations. This sort of thing can potentially lead to violence.

There's a reason KF was blocked by the UK Gov, banned from Cloudflare and multiple hosts as well as a provider being sued- it compromises the safety of LGBT people and puts them in danger.

I agree posting on KF per se probably isn't illegal (but one's employer may not appreciate if they found out their employee is a member of a hate site), it's what that's been posted that counts and a lot of content on there is definitely illegal in Britain.

It absolutely is not illegal to post on KF unless the content itself is illegal. Lots of what gets posted on Twitter and discord and Tiktok and Facebook and Reddit is also illegal.

Can I ask if you've ever actually visited the site or witnessed any of the content you're alleging is illegal? At the moment you're rather giving the impression of pushing a point of view you've taken wholesale from someone else's account.

KF is not a hate site. KF has an extremely diverse membership, including many self identified trans and gay posters.

I personally have never seen any content on KF which is illegal, can you evidence that claim? I mean against the actual law, not Stonewall law. I have however seen the post that Fong Jones has spent a lot of time and money trying to scrub from the internet, in which Fong Jones describes having committed a 'consent accident'.
