Mask off. And replies off as well.

"If you can, support @tigergirl_70 in her fight for an inclusive rugby game #MakeSportEveronesGame"

Loving Nancy’s hashtag fail

Grin

The stats on that tweet tell their own story:

389 quote tweets

The views are already in Diane "first draft" Abbott territory.

Lesbian women can find their tribe in women’s rugby. They are over-represented in the game. Kelly seems to endorse life-changing injuries for lesbians as part of her ‘work’ as Stonewall’s CEO. 🤔

This guy is a fucking discrace. He obviously used to play Rugby at a reasonable level. He will have played it at school. He KNOWS how dangerous it would be to allow biological males to play rugby against females. My teenage sons play Rugby at school and club level, one at a high level. I watch Rugby games most weekends. There's a reason why the girls go into their own teams at U12. It's called male puberty.' I've witnessed it first hand now four times and it's awesome in its power, I have to say. There may be no difference between the sexes intellectually, but there damn sure is physically for those that are in good shape and exercise a lot.

Two of my sons have been involved in incidents where they've inadvertently caused a broken bone to another boy they were playing against when the schools didn't align their teams up properly. It's a game where the skill and physicality levels have to be really well lined up and they are taught this, both at club and at school level rugby. 14 year old boys playing against girls once male puberty has started is patently unacceptably dangerous, never mind massive, 18 stone blokes like this one. And note, he wants to play as a girl, against girls. He's a disgrace.

caringcarer · 16/05/2023 12:01

As the world seems to be overrun with these trans women (men) they should form teams in transwomens (mens) leagues. But they won't because they don't want to play against other men. It's disgusting. Rugby players often share showers or even giant baths in some clubs. Imagine how awful having to share a shower or giant bath with someone with a penis you don't love.

#BeKind
#NoJudging
#TWAW
...etc etc etc, has literally rotted people's minds. Maybe we were always dumb as a society, but the online/24-7 media world just gives people so many more opportunities to demonstrate their idiocy.

1dayatatime · 16/05/2023 12:16

I am am a massive supporter of women's and girls rugby. At a time when young girls are under pressure from social media about how they look, girls rugby creates strong independent women that don't put up with any shit, that can work with, support and look out for and support other women.

Whatever your shape, size or skill there is a role for every girl in a rugby team and no one gives a stuff about what you look like when you are covered in mud and trying to protect your team mates from getting hurt.

Just when women's rugby is starting to finally grow in popularity after decades in the wilderness we have men coming along wanting to play in women's teams.

Seriously if he / she wants to play then play mixed non contact rugby.

PuttingDownRoots · 16/05/2023 12:19

illiterato · 16/05/2023 11:22

Yeah- my DD also has to change teams but I agree it's time. The strength difference is becoming more apparent as they all start to hit puberty and a few of the lads in U12 are huge (basically well into puberty).

Definitely time. Her coach had to take her off pitch a couple of times after accidents this season, no malice just size difference.

Whaeanui · 16/05/2023 12:20

Why did MNHQ delete that? How on earth does sharing that someone told a child that ‘ women’s bodies come in all shapes and sizes’ when referring to a male, go against guidelines? I think manipulating children into ignoring their bodily boundaries is grooming them to be comfortable naked with men. Disgusting someone reported that and that it was removed.

Neither tiger nor girl.

Some men REALLY hate women, don't they?

Pixiedust1234 · 16/05/2023 12:46

Julie Curtiss, 52, told @ESPNUK that opponents to men participating in women's sports "need to be dragged, kicking and screaming.

^^ Thats what all this all means. They can't hide it anymore. They can't even say "identifying as" 😶

nilsmousehammer · 16/05/2023 12:49

To be shoving this, still, at this point:

Either you have successfully deluded yourself and blinded yourself to the point of being incapacitated and unfit to have a say

Or you are someone who has an odd personal interest in seeing men use women and girls with zero interest in how said women and girls might survive the experience.

I'm reminded of Kelly's pressure upon lesbians to provide wishful men with straight sex or be called 'racists' (in apparent belief that said lesbians would care as opposed to wonder exactly what Kelly was smoking.)

senua · 16/05/2023 12:50

Why does Tiger have a problem with "OK, decision made, we're going to move on now"? In sport, you follow the same rules as everyone else; you don't whine because you are not selected; you don't answer back to the ref. Has Tiger forgotten this?

Also "They [those in charge] just seem to have been blissfully ignorant of the impact that they have had [on me]" Pot / kettle. IMPACT was an unfortunate word to choose there!

'If you're not triggering the TERFs then you're not trying hard enough! Bring it on.'

Julie enjoys 'triggering' women. Well. We knew that.

But he just wants to see girls getting hurt, crushed and dominated by men.

Perfectly normal.
Not a paraphilia.
Not misogynistic whatsoever.
His brain is just like any woman's brain.

But they might hurt him and where's the fun in that when he could be hurting girls and making them cry?

Ooh lets unpack that.

Run through the universal bullshit translator: If women are not yet expressing distress and how their rights are being trampled, then you're doing it wrong.

Yes you've got to be quite a 'special' person to aspire to that.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 16/05/2023 13:11

Run through the universal bullshit translator: If women are not yet expressing distress and how their rights are being trampled, then you're doing it wrong.

When will the many naive, well meaning sappy types realise what is actually going on with this movement?

I have to say I'm all in favour of this challenge, the more sunlight the better.

The RFU will put their data into open court and it will be a lot harder for the other more cowardly sports organisations to claim ignorance especially when a judge rules that clearly transwomen have an advantage over women etc

Yes fair point

Ive given in and started a universal bullshit translator thread, I think we need all this fantastic waffle saved in one place.

All government departments that fund Stonewall should ask to see how much SW time is being spent on supporting this case. It goes against the EHRC advice to Kemi for one thing, so are taxpayers funding challenges like this?

And they especially should ask for this data if the government does amend the EQA after the debate in June.
