I find him to pretty lacking intellectually tbh. I have a left wing man like him in my family who is both pompous and patronising, can never be wrong and who calls himself a feminist but is in fact a complete misogynist. JOB is very like him complete with the huge ego and belief in his own intelligence and righteousness.

Even though I agree with him on a lot (other than this) I have long disliked the way JOB patronises and ridicules callers he disagrees with, and posts long smug clips of himself , to stroke his own ego. I wasn't aware of his views on this till now but can't say im surprised.

Exactly. He asks very specific questions so he can avoid the real issues. The toilet issue is the one which sounds the most trivial, just silly women worrying about nothing.

Exactly what I think of him. Even on issues I might generally agree on I always find him an ego maniac who enjoys having people on with different views just to be an absolute jerk to turn. He’s not intelligent, you can tell he doesn’t really critically analyse anything himself.
