I was wondering this too. I couldn't bear to listen to the interviews at the time.

I didn't realise KJK had been campaigning since 2015. I wrote my first letter to my MP in 2014. Amongst my peers, no one knew what I was worried about. Just last week , a male friend said "Oh, the sports thing can't happen, they have rules". He claimed to be shocked when I said it had happened already. Just proves he never listened to my worries!

I mean I could go in search myself, but as I don't do purity spirals unless there is something this woman had done that is illegal I'm really a meh type of person.

And I am sure - as with literally every single other person on the planet - I will disagree with her on some issues.

Here's a screenshot of the link. I don't really see why she said she was not defending Powell but thought the speech was factually ok. I disagree with her on a lot of things, including this tweet, Brexit, climate change and many more but she was one of the first people to argue that trans women should not be in women's prisons.

There were a number of accusations made in respect of LM by people formally close to them. I won't go into any detail but it's not hard to find (google name and accusations).

LM's profile isn't thus quite what it used to be in respect of being a "poster person" for pretty much anything - other than themself.

She does indeed seem to be defending him.

I'd have to go and do an awful lot of reading on a politician and speech that happened before I was born to try to work out where she's coming from and why Tony Blair said what he said. I'll be honest my brain isn't going to take it in tonight!

They're not far right either. They're right wing, not fascists.

I dont think HoO is far right either but the media and some NGO's delight in describing them as such.

Any women and I mean a real woman not a tanswomen in other words male speaking out against how lanuage is being changed how women and girls are being put in danger and having their safety concerns ignored to suit males so they can have their needs meet I support as they are putting their careers and reputations on the line

Men speaking out not surprisingly are not subjected to the cancelling and violent hatred on sm

I very rarely agree with JHB, and I have heard her spout some deeply unpleasant views.

The fact that we're on the same "side" when it comes to gender ideology makes me deeply uncomfortable. I don't agree with her on other issues, and I don't want to be tarred with the same brush as her.

I wish it wasn't far right individuals like JHB who were the ones standing up for women.

As a fairly trivial example, JHB preferred to back suspected rapist, alleged human trafficker, misogynistic Andrew Tate over Greta Thunberg saying "I’d choose Andrew Tate's life every single time over the life of a half-educated, autistic, doom-mongering eco-cultist". Bearing in mind the rest of the sentence is criticism, why has she mentioned Greta's autism? She's using Greta's autism as a slur. JHB is vile.
