They don't care and they won't care because should those groups ever gain power, or even more power, their violence probably won't impact them. Some people just have no empathy to anyone who isn't either them, or like themselves - therefore they either can't, or won't see this.

However you will be accused of "purity politicking" or of being a TRA should you point out any concerns, so it's honestly useless attempting to get through though of course people with an ounce of empathy will still speak up, especially when casual dismissals of Nazis are occurring and the gender critical movement is being hijacked.
