Because she says in 4 words what academics have spent years try to say in big words that nobody understands.

Happylittlechicken · 07/03/2023 07:02

Gotcha @AlisonDonut so jealousy and petty spite. To be fair they do have a strand definition of feminism if it involves tearing down another woman for achieving what they can’t.

Mother nature is at times a loud and proud cunt!

Indeed Mother Nature can be pretty unyielding.

We don’t get to choose what sex we are born, what we can make a baby out of, who our parents are, what a cunt!

KJK is against lesbian rights. She does not think two women should have a baby for example. All she cares about is transgender.

Two women cannot have a baby.

For a baby you need sperm. Which women do not have.

No woman has a right to extract sperm from a man and use it to create a baby.

Hope that help your confusion.

And that's that done✔Bonus on aging my smears can now be every five years. Whoop!whoop! Sigh.

They hate KJK because she's popular, doesn't have lots of published studies and articles to her name but still manages to grab the attention of women in way they cannot.

I don't understand why they feel the best way to deal with the KJK 'problem' is to beat her with every stick they can find but it does start to feel like the bullies waiting at the end of the lane on your way home from school.

That AGCL group are a bit nuts.
For a different thread I was looking into James Makings (NSPCC Pisswank Rubberman) and unexpectedly, one of AGCL’s members showed up with this take on objections to him working for the NSPCC. She used to be a sensible woman, but she clearly took leave of her senses a while back. People who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones AGCL.

Extract sperm! You do know lesbians are not sneaking up on sleeping men and extracting sperm?
Men donate sperm, usually through clinics. Women buy the sperm. get pregnant and both women are legally the parents.

You said she said that women shouldn't have a baby together. They don't, they have a baby with the help of males.

If men didn't donate sperm, they don't have a right to extract it do they?

And for men, they actually need to buy a woman's womb. They don't have the right to impregnate women and force them to carry to term.

AmandaJonah · 07/03/2023 11:52

@AlisonDonut I said that KJK said that two lesbians should not have a baby together. They do have a baby together practically in terms of bringing up the baby and legally in terms of parental responsibility.
Or is KJK against sperm donation for any couple?

ArabellaScott · 07/03/2023 11:58

Where did you see this, Amanda?

Yes, this is where we get into the la la land of legal fiction. Two women may ‘legally’ be the parents, but biologically, the baby has a mother and a father. And neither the biological or legal parents can know in advance how much the child will long to have a relationship with their father. The legal fiction is for the benefit of the adults.

EndlessTea · 07/03/2023 12:21

I just watched that and KJK has a problem with lies on birth certificates. She believes birth certs should be a recoding of the biological mother and biological father. The truth. She says she has no problem in same-sex couple where the non-biological parent becomes an adoptive parent.

It’s a bit bonkers to show that one as your evidence @AmandaJonah - it doesn’t support your claim at all, it contradicts it.

AmandaJonah · 07/03/2023 12:25

The non biological parent in opposite couples who have fertility treatment is legally treated as the parent as well.
A man giving sperm to a clinic does not want to be a father.
They are both recorded as parents because birth certificates are social documents. They exist to record a child's birth and which adults have legal responsibility. Adults need that to be able to make various decisions on behalf of children.

AmandaJonah · 07/03/2023 12:26

So is KJK saying married couples where there is fertility treatment so the baby is biologically not her husbands should only have the mother recorded on the birth certificate? And her husband should adopt?

Happylittlechicken · 07/03/2023 12:28

If do then she caht be against lesbian rights can she @AmandaJonah shes saying everyone should be treated the same. Why do you think KJK is against lesbian rights when she says the same should be true of heterosexual couples. Surely that is the equality LGB people want?

AmandaJonah · 07/03/2023 12:30

Where has she said the same is true of opposite sex couples? Link?

EndlessTea · 07/03/2023 12:32

It doesn’t matter if a man who donates his sperm ‘wants to be the father’ or not.

He is the father.

Sanitising the facts with fudged words and legal fictions don’t change it.

The baby may want to know all about their father and have a relationship with all their paternal family, for all you know, when they grow up.

So lies.

The birth certificate should be recording the biological parents for the child's benefit. Not be an ornament for the benefit of either parent.

I don’t think, in that clip, KJK went into that much detail. You’d have to ask her.

AlisonDonut · 07/03/2023 13:07

More tha happy to contact KJK's team and get you a slot on TERF talk tuesdays once she is back from Australia and NZ @AmandaJonah so that you can ask her your questions - which week would suit you best?

AmandaJonah · 07/03/2023 13:17

EndlessTea · 07/03/2023 12:32

So her issue is only with lesbians then as I suspected.

Boiledbeetle · 07/03/2023 13:32

It's the issue with the birth certificate listing two mother's and no father she has an issue with. I'd have an issue with that a baby had tho have a mother and a father. That's why we still exist as a species. No humming had come from two mother's off two father's.

So I'm still confused where did she say two lesbians can't have a baby together? They can in so much as they can make that decision fur one of them to have a baby and to raise a baby together but they can't actually biologically have that baby together.

AmandaJonah · 07/03/2023 13:37

You are saying the two lesbians should not have parental responsibility, so the woman that did not give birth is legally nothing to do with the baby.
