This is Youtube footage of Susie Green laughing about the fact that the surgeons had to use part of her child's colon to create a 'neovagina' because after taking puberty blockers there wasn't much penile tissue to invert.

Susie has put all this information into the public sphere but then chose to involve the police when Kellie simply pointed out that she doesn't agree with castrating children.

For a crime to be made out - there has to be something else alleged to have been sent which falls into the category.

@Felix125 I think the fact that Kellie said this on Twitter was what Susie Green claimed was 'malicious communication'.

From what I understand from Oct 2016 to August 2017 KJK made several comments on Twitter specifically regarding Susie Greens child “Jackie” comments that would have been not only offensive to that child but also quite distressing. It’s also arguably indecent to be tweeting about someone else’s child’s genitalia imho.

The parent reported KJK in July 2017.

If a public figure came out and said they believed giving a child the belt was in their best interest, they would pretty quickly become known as a child abuser.

Unless...

• kids are being taught how important being beaten is

• any kid being beaten is immediately told they are really brave and interesting by staff at school

• the police are being sent on 'how to thwack children' courses and attending Belt Pride

• MPs are standing up demanding corporal punishment be made easily accessible for parents and non-parents alike

Unless the complaint is very specific on when the alleged offence took place (exact time - mins & seconds) - and you can match it up with the footage.

You can't possibly ignore the fact that something might have happened when the camera was not focused on her.

The footage may even support the allegations for all we know. The stepping off due to a smoke bomb…did she provoke it? Retaliate? She is certainly not the only one getting interviewed as police will want to hear all sides of what happened from those involved and any actual witnesses. (Watching a live feed doesn’t make anyone a witness 🤣 but you and I know that.)

So, SG would certainly have her child’s permission support to say what she says as they were 16 and older during this time period and thus in charge of their own medical information.

KJK has no permission from the child to tweet to the world disparaging comments about the medical state of a that unrelated child’s genitalia. Nor to use that child as a punching bag to further her own political aims.

Did you watch the clip I posted of Susie Green laughing about her child's genitalia? I think that might more accurately be described as 'disparaging'.

Jackie was 16 in 2009 so in 2017 Jackie would have been 24 ish. Not a child.

So with a police officer there all day, who looked away for a short period you think she might have done what exactly?

She waited til the very moment the multiple cameras, and the officer and all the speakers, attendees etc were all focused on a smoke bomb and then did what?

Does anyone actually know what she did or said in this few moments that was uncaptured by anyone, and only heard or seen by the one person that reported it?

The lengths people go to accuse her of something during the most filmed, witnessed [including by the police] day in Brighton is amazing. Perhaps she ran over to a gay person and say 'I hate opera and musicals' and then ran back again before anyone notices.

I bet my mortgage that the complainant is desperately hoping there's a significant amount of time when the camera was not focused on her, or the cop not standing right next to her.

Perhaps you missed the bit when Susie Green told the whole world that one of the officers at that station was a close family friend?

Is Susie Green wasn't using her child for her own gains, she wouldn't have made herself the sole employee being paid by Mermaids, she'd have stayed a volunteer. It is a bit rich to accuse KJK of using a castrated child as a punching bag for her own ends, when all KJK would have wanted is that child not to have been actually castrated [for not liking boys toys].

Let's also not forget that before Green took over, Mermaids used to say on the front page of their website that the vast majority of kids wo felt confused about their gender would desist from feeling confused as they got older. Mermaids used to make it clear that many of these kids would grow up to be gay or lesbian adults who were happy with their bodies.

It was Green who started to use the phrase 'trans child' and started to play down all he data about desistance. Note that Dr Cass never uses the phrase 'trans child' because it infers that the child will remain 'trans' when in fact the vast majority do not.

Great - well post a link to the footage that shows she is on camera 100% of the time from start to finish and that there is cop right next to her the whole time.

I suspect that you can't do this - as it doesn't exist

And hence, you have gaps in the continuity.

If you can state that absolutely nothing happened (baring in mind you don't know what the specific allegation is here) - then put a witness statement in and stand up in court under oath supporting KJK in her defence.

State that you can say with complete certainty that you viewed her the whole time and nothing happened which committed an offence - even though you don't know what the specifics of that offence is as you don't know what the reporting person has said.

Mate, I haven't even watched the footage, and I don't keep up with it. It's not kJK's behaviour I'm concerned with. Because I don't need to be. I know what she's saying.

The behaviour that I want nailed is that of the police who think they are, as a judge so memorably put it, the gestapo.

they've already been warned by Suella Braverman. I want them to continue to be held to account. And this issue with KJK is going to highlight that.
