Kellie is still getting harassed by TRAs it seems. Come and support if you can at Trowbridge Police Station, midday on 24th Feb.

She asked for carrots this afternoon to help pay her legal fees and she is close to 5 and a half already, more than the 3 she needed urgently. What a woman.

I shall reiterate until the cows come home that I don't give a flying fuck if they find something to stick.

And I will contribute, month in and month out, to help Posie take the police on.

let's see them stop rainbow washing their cars, capturing the CPS, and giving their officers two fucking warrant cards, one on the days they wear a dress and one the days they wear trousers.

seriously Felix, aren't you bloody ashamed?

Felix125 · 23/02/2023 20:18

Crimes are alleged against all people - celebrities and non celebrities - all the time. When i say alleged, it means the same as being reported

If a crime is alleged/reported - it needs to be investigated

I have consistently said this.

Do you have proof that the investigating officer is 'Stonewalled'?

I don't need proof, I posited it a theoretical possibility, based on other, similar cases. Like the one mentioned on this thread, in which Susie Green bragged that her cop friend was on the case for her.

I didn't state it as a fact, did I?

Felix125 · 23/02/2023 20:23

You can speculate - but you don't (neither do I) know what the actual allegation is - or what it was that has been alleged to have happened

And she wasn't arrested as there was probably no necessity to arrest. Just because a crime has been alleged it doesn't mean a person must be arrested. You need to have a necessity - which is why a vol interview is taking place

OK then - so the moon might be made of cheese

No, it's predominantly basalt.

Onnabugeisha · 23/02/2023 20:27

Datun · 23/02/2023 19:44

No - I don't anticipate it will effect her support at all
But that's not what the investigation is for

Of course it is!!

It's the entire point. To stop women talking about the issue.

These man desperately want to keep a lid on the entire problem. Making the process the punishment is their vain hope that it will achieve the aim.

Hint: it won't.

What men? How do you know the complainant is a man?

Felix125 · 23/02/2023 20:27

Datun

No - because our force doesn't have rainbow cards, lanyards. We don't have 2 warrant cards, wear Ukraine badges, poppies or anything else for that matter

So - why should I be ashamed...?

And its not about getting anything to stick - its about investigating the alleged crime.

It would be easier for the cop to NFA after the interview - so it would be in the cop's interest to not have anything stick.

No, it's predominantly basalt.

You will have to take that up with Datun

SinnerBoy · 23/02/2023 20:29

North Tyneside panda cars all have rainbows painted on them, with slogans.

Imnobody4 · 23/02/2023 20:29

Once the actual accusation is known I'll be interested to see if Felix comes back to say 'well given what's alleged I personally wouldn't have pursued it' or if he's going to justify the police's actions. I suspect the former, that's if he comes back at all.

AlisonDonut · 23/02/2023 20:29

SinnerBoy · 23/02/2023 20:00

Or what if the investigating officers are fully Stonewalled, or worried about being assailed by the Blue Haired Fascist Brigade? Like many other people in public life, as well as organisations are.

You are all Stonewalled. That's why you spend so much time in here, policing our opinions of the police.

SinnerBoy · 23/02/2023 20:30

???

Felix125 · 23/02/2023 20:30

Imnobody4

It could be either - I'm happy to say once I know what it is

Felix125 · 23/02/2023 20:31

No - I'm giving my opinions because i think you are wrong in a lot of what you say

BezMills · 23/02/2023 20:33

and have decided out of all the places in the internet where people are wrong, to spend my time here, on a feminist section on a primarily female website, for reasons.

GailBlancheViola · 23/02/2023 20:34

KJK was told she would be arrested if she didn't attend the 'voluntary' interview which is an interesting interpretation of the word 'voluntary' and is rather a Hobson's choice being offered, isn't it?

Felix125 · 23/02/2023 20:38

GailBlancheViola

So that would come down to the necessity for the arrest. It would be up to the cop to justify this. Whether its to effect a prompt & effective investigation or prevent disappearance

As a vol interview - she can walk out in any case - so it seems to be little point

Some of what we say is about actual experiences we or other women have had, and have been videoed or recorded or documented.

But we need a man to correct us, what on earth would happen if we were allowed to discuss our experiences without a man to set us right, right?

'What did you do last night Felix'
'I spent the whole night correcting those women on mumsnet. Again'
'Dave you owe me another £5...called it'

Ereshkigalangcleg · 23/02/2023 21:02

I speculate that it's "lesbians don't have penises", and that they're alleging that she was trying to stir up hatred against that very special group of "lesbians who do have penises". And I further speculate that they're fishing

I also speculate these exact things.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 23/02/2023 21:06

And I will contribute, month in and month out, to help Posie take the police on.

So will I, and if MRAs get her crowdfund links taken down I will personally take it to her.

Datun · 23/02/2023 22:07

We can go together on the train Eresh, make a day of it.

fedupandcold · 23/02/2023 22:22

I'm going. Several hours on the motorway but I'll be there. I'm in it for the long haul now. If Kellie Jay can put herself through all this shit I can drive down the road to back her up.
