Kellie is still getting harassed by TRAs it seems. Come and support if you can at Trowbridge Police Station, midday on 24th Feb.

She asked for carrots this afternoon to help pay her legal fees and she is close to 5 and a half already, more than the 3 she needed urgently. What a woman.

People who have given their own cash to KJK have the right to do so and exert their own agency, @Onnabugeisha. I'm sure you'd like to be able to control how women use their own money, but as yet we don't live under your thumb. You seem aggrieved that KJK is popular and easily raised her target amount.

She stated last night on her YouTube channel that the surplus would be going into the funding for her Australia/NZ visit.

DialSquare · 23/02/2023 14:38

I donated a few days ago and KJK can spend that donation in whatever way she feels fit.

the funding for her Australia/NZ visit the banana-hammocks of male burlesque dancers down Kings Cross, Sydney.

We see you KJK, we see you!

Vebrithien · 23/02/2023 15:21

Do we think it would be worth heading over for 12:40ish, which is the earliest I could get there?

With slogan shouting DS

@SerafinasGoose very well said.

I too don't agree with KJK on everything, nor should I. I haven't given her any of my money, yet.

I'm going to count the posts on this thread from Felix and Onna, and donate 10p per post.

That is wonderful! lmao ❤️

ToosoontoMonday · 23/02/2023 16:06

Can't wait to hear and see KJK on 14th March. Not sure how exactly Felix and Bug represent UK police but ... Jimmy Saville? Same, same but different.

BoreOfWhabylon · 23/02/2023 17:08

Also, all this banging on about footage etc. is likely to be a whole school of red herrings, imo.

Far more likely it's going to be someone's objection to something she said, like "No man has a vagina, no woman has a penis, transitioning children is child abuse".

Felix125 · 23/02/2023 17:37

BoreOfWhabylon
Precisely - no one knows what the allegation is (as I have said several times on here)

So that fact that people keep 'banging on' about the footage may be irrelevant.
But people keeping telling me to watch the footage but can't give me any links to the full footage. Or tell me what the allegation is for me to view

If she brings her BWV to the the interview - then what ever time the alleged incident has taken place can be found on her footage - they won't have to play the entire days footage.

DerekFaker
If the footage doesn't cover the alleged incident, doesn't that make it just one word against another's? What happens then?

It depends what other evidence supports the allegation - are there other witnesses. Do they have footage on their phone, body cam etc

If it is one word against another it may be NFA'd after the interview

Datun
I have no issue with police interviews “tripping up”
There you go Felix. Even your allies agree.
When people on your side disagree with you that "The interview has nothing to do with tripping anyone up.", you might want to reflect.

My allies ..... 😂😂

The interview is to put your account across. Of course you are going to get challenged by what ever the evidence against you is. And if you can't answer to those allegations or account for the specific evidence - you will trip yourself up.

For example.... If you have a burglar in interview who claims not to have been any where near your house - yet the evidence shows his fingerprints all over your house. Do you think the police should ignore that fact? Or if if the burglar can't give a plausible reason - do you think it has been used to trip him up unfairly?

How do you think police interviews should go exactly.....?

Yes, I'm inclined to agree. I very much doubt that she's said or done anything to actually warrant any kind of police interest.

And we all know the CPS is woefully captured.

I know it has to be absolutely shit for her, but even if they do have something, the resulting sunlight of how fucking mad it is, will be invaluable.

Felix125 · 23/02/2023 17:59

Its an allegation made by a person reporting it.

This then goes through a civilian call taker (who thinks a crime has occurred). Its passed to a dispatcher (who thinks a crime has occurred). Its passed to a crimes management unit who has validated the crime under NCRS rules.

So - what ever the allegation is that has been reported - it appears more than just an opinion of "No man has a vagina, no woman has a penis"

Oh ffs, how many times do you need to be told?

Susie Green tried to make the word castration, in relation to her child, into a 'malicious communication.'

Because she didn't like the word. She tried to pretend that it was too close to what we do to sex offenders. Which is nonsense.

That complaint would've gone through all the layers you list. But when your force is captured, and the CPS is captured, it's going go right up the food chain in the hope that Posie will choke on it.

They had to drop it, obviously.

This is why, and you probably don't realise this, women constantly say 'the process is the punishment'.

IwantToRetire · 23/02/2023 18:12

Have just re-listened to KJK tape of the police contacting her, and the hate crime is in relation to "sexual orientation".

Felix125 · 23/02/2023 18:25

Datun

Ah OK - so you obviously are privy to more info than the rest of us

What is the specific allegation made on this occasion then....?

Felix125 · 23/02/2023 18:26

IwantToRetire

Yes - its under the Public Order Act

But we don't know what the specific allegation is though?

Ereshkigalangcleg · 23/02/2023 18:27

What is the specific allegation made on this occasion then....?

No one knows this yet. Datun is fully correct about Susie Green though.

Felix125 · 23/02/2023 18:28

Exactly - so we can't comment on the merits of it, or what any video footage will show, or what the evidence is for or against.

Haha!!!

But we can comment on the zillions of times it's already happened.

Felix125 · 23/02/2023 18:30

Yet everyone seems to automatically agree that it can't be a crime and the police should not investigate

Even though no one knows what the allegation is...!!!

Felix125 · 23/02/2023 18:31

You can comment all you like on previous cases - but you can't link it to this one - as you don't know what it is.....

Ereshkigalangcleg · 23/02/2023 18:41

I imagine we will find out shortly, as the interview is tomorrow.

I couldn't care less what this one is.

She is being targeted because she's a gender critical woman who wants to stop children being mutilated.

I sincerely hope that whatever the outcome, she sets up a crowd funder to go after the police persecution.

I will contribute my arse off, because I'd love to see the Daily Mail headlines of 'women don't have penises, why are all these preteen girls wanting to cut their breasts off, homosexuality is not attraction to a dress', etc.

Datun · 23/02/2023 18:48

Oh, and I missed the one that they will want to write more than any other,

Why is the police complicit?

CryInToYourCornflakesNicola · 23/02/2023 18:50

RoseslnTheHospital

The police are not really taking this very seriously, since the incident happened in September and we are just getting around to interview KJK now.

My opinion would be - if it is a completely vexatious complaint which is easily dismissed - why have a solicitor at all?

But - it is her right to have one and its no problem at all for the interview to have one present. It just might save a bit of money to go for a free local firm. Its also an ongoing right, so she can stop the interview at any point and get one part way through.

But like I say - its just my opinion - I know I'm not supposed to have one on here.

I am not all that clued up on being arrested as I've never been arrested.

BUT

someone close to me who has been arrested told me to never ever volunteer for a police interrogation/investigation, and never ever do it without a solicitor present. Ever. It was impressed upon me so much I'd not so much as visit a police station (assuming they were open, unlikely these days) without a solicitor present.
He had his reasons for saying such things, and I doubt anything has changed in the intervening years.
In fact I'm reliably informed that these days the police are relieved when people bring solicitors to a interview with them.
