God, I wish that India would just be honest and distance herself from perverts like Adam. She has nothing in common with him whatsoever and it's dispiriting that she feels she has to defend a rapist - an actual bloody rapist - because that's the corner that she's allowed herself to get painted into by following this official trans line to its ultimate illogical conclusion.

She's not a stupid person so she must know this, at heart.

She made some really good points on other issues eg about North Sea Oil, which the English bloody robbed from Scotland. And about the millions of private sector workers who also need a +10% pay rise that precious few people in the public eye seem to be talking about.

She was dead right about the obscene profits Amazon makes while tagging workers to monitor how long they spend on the toilet. I mean I know teachers are overworked and underpaid yadda yadda but down the bloody road there are grown men and women having to justify how long they take to piss to an employer that is so rich it could pay all of the people who have any employment activity related to it, whether here or anywhere in the world, £25 an hour and still make a profit and I am really glad she raised this.

I really dislike the way that people have become apologetic for stating biological facts, as if they are a "belief".
eg I "believe" people cannot change sex.

Although I admire anyone who tries to stand up to this horseshit, let's not forget that science is not a belief.
It is a fact.
You cannot opt in and out of it.
You can have your own opinion, you do NOT get to have your own facts.

Thank you!

Brilliant commentary.

TheClitterati · 03/02/2023 06:59

Has anyone formed a rescue party for the SNP woman yet? I'm quite worried for her.

3 cheers for Yellow dress woman and Ella!

I actually can't believe SNP seem to have created a 3rd category of people Male, Female & Rapist.
No thought that a Rapist could be in women's spaces making them uncomfortable, and abusing them before conviction.

This whole thing has to unravel. Well and truly unravel. The tide has to turn.
What are they waiting for a girl to be raped by 'a girl' in school toilets?

Be handy eh? Sex observed at birth- boy, girl, rapist. Could get a wee tattoo.

"I'm so sorry, Mrs Smith. I'm afraid..."

Thank you for this. I love this woman. Watching her again, you see how confrontational and manipulative IW is. Keeps interrupting her and talking over her (she perseveres) and interjects with “Well what you’re saying there, is that you think transwomen are men..”

And she answers “In my opinion they still are men.”

That was so strong.

It makes such a difference to say man/men. A line in the sand.

Maybe IW will ‘let that really penetrate’ now.

No one believes men are women.

Time to free up that self-perception and ego from reliance on what others think.

Men are free to get surgery and take drugs, to make themselves resemble women a bit more, although, in my opinion, it is not wise or healthy. They are free to wear clothes designed and cut for women and wear make up.

But they can’t make others perceive them as anything other than what they are - men who may have been surgically altered, wearing clothes normally associated with women.

If that causes them inconvenience in their daily life, for example, confusion over which toilet or changing room to go into - either the one which they hanker for, but are prohibited from (it violates opposite sex boundaries, and would be breaking the ‘social contract’ to use), or the one they belong in, with their own sex (where they may be embarrassed if they catch eyes with a fellow man whose look says “I see what you’re up to mate”), then they need to find a way to manage it. It is their own responsibility, it certainly isn’t women’s responsibility and is definitely no excuse for violating women’s boundaries.

It’s my personal belief that happiness can only be found by accepting ourselves (and others) as we are, but still recognising the limitless potential in that. Human beings are amazing (actually not just human beings- just about everything is marvellous when you think about it).

Women need, as a base level, to be able to keep the things feminists in the past fought for, to enable our fair participation in society, where we can enjoy equal freedoms with men, so we don’t have to waste so much energy fighting and defending them all over again, and we can get on with living and marvelling at life’s wonders too.

picklemewalnuts · 03/02/2023 07:20

Love the Twitter lady's giggle!

Birdsweepsin · 03/02/2023 07:27

I have woken up with a real fear for Yellow blouse Woman's safety.

I really hope that I'm wrong, but I have a premonition that they will hunt her down, go through her social media, find her employer or her children and try to get her ostracised and branded a transphobe.

Or worse. 😞

where the fuck do these kids get their propaganda

Reddit?

zen1 · 03/02/2023 07:41

I can’t believe that throughout the whole discussion, the SNP woman went out of her way not to refer to the rapist as a man. I mean, obviously it’s the SNP so one shouldn’t be surprised, but she’s still putting the twisted wishes of a rapist above the trauma of his victims.

As for the woman in yellow and Ella Whelan, they are both stars!

Cherry60 · 03/02/2023 07:50

At least reassuring to hear the audience reaction to that nonsense from the SNP rep.

SinnerBoy · 03/02/2023 07:52

zen1 · Today 07:41

I can’t believe that throughout the whole discussion, the SNP woman went out of her way not to refer to the rapist as a man.

She also insisted to Ella, several times, that she had answered her question, which was demonstrably false.

MagpiePi · 03/02/2023 07:52

Loved the bit in that clip where IW says ‘is it my fault I look like this?’
Well, erm, yes it is!

bellinisurge · 03/02/2023 08:01

Just watched it. O what a tangled web we weave, when we practise to deceive.

India's schtick about "it's only a tiny minority " is no longer working. Fiona Bruce with her "more important things to talk about " stuff is pathetic.

Had a conversation online with a TRA about the impact on disabled women. I was told of course I would be entitled to a "cis woman " cater if I needed one. They are so blinkered these clowns.

People are waking up

Absolutely, plus it means we are too scared to speak up and help young people who are entering a dangerous route spun by lies . As if young people did not have enough to contend with as it is .

MichaelFabricantWig · 03/02/2023 08:14

I wasn’t going to watch this but India was whining on FB about what a hard time India got so maybe it’ll be good for the lolz.

Depressing though to see all the handmaids and beardy men posting in response to India sticking up for India however 😡

MichaelFabricantWig · 03/02/2023 08:14

Chances are she’s had enough of this shit and no longer gives a fuck. I’m getting there myself.

MilkyWaytoday · 03/02/2023 08:20

“One tiny eye” 😂😂😂. Someone on Twitter called him a chubby bloke in a wig 🤣.

EndlessTea · 03/02/2023 08:22

GailForce10 · 03/02/2023 07:27

Reddit?

Schools, colleges and universities, I fear.

I noticed that woman with the straight dark hair and the brightly coloured top with a black background, was keen to share her direct familiarity with the ‘most special’ new type of person, and to demonstrate her own progressive specialness, and she works in teaching.

She triggered me about what I am up against in my kids’ school.

Madcats · 03/02/2023 08:23

I knew that QT 'live' started at 8pm, but I didn't realise that it could be tracked down on iPlayer well before 10:40pm.

Maybe I looked too early, but I would have expected some clips to have been reported in the press (or did they decide that it was just to cruel).

There has been a lot of talk about "Isla was in solitary in a women's prison, so that's okay". Surely Adam could still shout threats and abuse, would still get escorted along corridors with women in, on his way to exercise/use bathrooms etc. and has female guards forced to undertake body searches? I can't believe that he is a housed in a soundproofed room like Hannibal Lecter or a James Bond Villain.

Today I will aspire to be more "yellow dress lady".

UrsulaPandress · 03/02/2023 08:25

Let’s all wear yellow.

oh hang on, I may have to purchase something
