Sorry if I'm wrong, but I don't think that's the full report. I think it is the recommendations section from the report. I don't think Mermaids wants anyone reading the full report. I assume it will detail what was found wrong and doubt they want to allow people to see that.
Also I don't think we know if it's all the recommendations from the report. It may have been sanitized for public consumption.

Are charities allowed to just hide reports?

I genuinely have no idea I just thought pretty much anything to do with charities is public

A children's sex change charity with an "inclusion, diversity inclusion appraisal" that forgets to mention children, mentions "trans young people" once and makes no mention of how safeguarding intersects with EDI despite being the subject of a major safeguarding enquiry. Confused

I don't understand much of this but wish to complain of lack of trigger warning by the OP whose screen shot mentioned trigger warnings. I find mentions of trigger warnings extremely triggering because of the time that i was triggered by a trigger warning. My lived experience is that people like me aren't heard by society and I demand... action be taken to make me feel i am heard. #bekind

But could you articulate to the group what your intersectional experience was?

’Minor Attracted Persons’ are excluded, marginalised and their sexualities are oppressed via the law (ACAB).

So Mermaids need to put out a targeted ad and try and hire a few more. Bonus points if one can be found who identifies as a non binary baby.

When the terves noticed, it made the papers and he was fired on the spot.

Not actually printed on his CV, but it would’ve shown up in a pre employment social media search, and Mermaids were employing him to do social media work, so they must’ve looked him up.

It was an inappropriate hire, whichever angle you look at it from (and Darren showed us ALL his angles).
