Sorry if I'm wrong, but I don't think that's the full report. I think it is the recommendations section from the report. I don't think Mermaids wants anyone reading the full report. I assume it will detail what was found wrong and doubt they want to allow people to see that.
Also I don't think we know if it's all the recommendations from the report. It may have been sanitized for public consumption.

Joking aside, I am getting two themes coming through the flim flam.

1. That they need to prepare everyone- Board, staff, service users - for what to do in the case of 'oppressive incidents'

And

1. That staff need to feel they can feed back when the smt are being shitty (reflective praxis, difficult conversations, 360 feedback and so on)

Both these points suggest that the previous senior management - ie Susie - was an awful boss and a poor strategic leader.

Well I don't know. Work is what you do here. Services are the helpful, er, things you provide to people because of the work you do. And projects is the names of different bits of services that you do.

No of course they aren't all the same thing.

Design is when you think about what you do. Delivery is when you actually do it. Yes they are very similar aren't they?

Intersectional? Well, it's, it's... When you help someone with a problem they are having and it also helps them with something else. Yes? Clear? Excellent.

I don't understand much of this but wish to complain of lack of trigger warning by the OP whose screen shot mentioned trigger warnings. I find mentions of trigger warnings extremely triggering because of the time that i was triggered by a trigger warning. My lived experience is that people like me aren't heard by society and I demand... action be taken to make me feel i am heard. #bekind

Oh god I once worked for a very large charity who implemented this shambles. It must have used the same provider. It was a disaster and funnily enough came in at a time where shortly afterwards some damaging revelations came out. My section was eventually taken over by another organisation.
