@54isanopendoor I hope all goes well for your daughter. My niece is autistic and in p7. She's finding it hard to traverse the path of trans identifying boys in the fires bathrooms and periods. It's grim that our most vulnerable children ate being exposed like this. But, it is opening peoples eyes to how insidious and vile this whole movement is.

I think many of us used to at least have respect for Sturgeon's political skills and abilities.

Urgh she doesn’t care at all about trans people or women…or indeed anyone who is not an Indy voter. The whole thing has been contrived to get to this very outcome in the hope of galvanising more support for independence. How much taxpayers money is going to be pissed up the wall pursing legal challenge on this? Millions…meanwhile our schools are an embarrassment, our public services are shocking and our nhs has fallen apart. She is despicable.

Good news at last, but this is only a battle not the whole war. We need to be ready for more of the same.

Forgive me if this has been already mentioned, but I saw this graph on the BBC webpage recently and it says that 63 percent of women support Scotland’s gender reform bill, even though it could erode women’s rights. 49 percent of men supported it. Why is there this disparity?

Pah the JR is another sure loss. But the SNP will carrying on mining that grievance until the Scottish are so thick with it they cannot see the sun.

I'd be interested to hear what Scots think about this? It affects so few compared to other hot issues at the moment. Surely Nicola has bigger more important issues to follow? And I don't mean her bloody referendum.

Margey's chart is wheeled out with tedious regularity by people who either haven't read or simply don't understand the EQA2010. Or by people who claim that there are 'no such thing as sex based rights' despite obvious evidence to the contrary.

We all know that these rights exist but organisations are ignoring the legislation which allows for single sex spaces due to Government funding being contingent on males being included and due to incorrect information by lobby groups.

The GRR Bill allows for anyone over the age of 16 to obscure their sex, falsify medical and legal documents and gain access to single sex spaces due to the silencing affect. Self ID makes it even more difficult for organisations to hold the line and provide the single sex services which they are legally entitled to provide. Beira's Place is already getting threats from TRA's that their service will be challenged as discriminatory despite them being perfectly entitled to provide such a service and given that they will be the only single sex rape crisis service in the Lothians, amid a sea of mixed sex services.

Your posts always tickle me for some reason, in the bleakness of Sturgeon's mentalness.
