Given the interim Cass report and the closure of the Tavistock/Gids , not to mention the professional censure of the Webberleys surely these children are demonstrably at risk of harm. Is there not anything that can be done to prevent parents paying for private treatment for their children that would no longer be available on the NHS due to current clinical concerns and understanding?

Its utterly shocking that parents can just bypass all protections and buy what drug regime they think their child have?

Following the appeal against the Keira Bell case which effectively overturned the previous court ruling that prescribing of puberty blockers (?and or cross sex hormones?) could only be done with oversight of the courts I'm not sure where we are in terms of protection of children regarding medical transition.

I'm a bit sketchy on the final outcome regarding this.

I feel any child being "treated" by the webberlys should be made a ward of court or similar level of protection but if this is all done secretly and privately using off shore prescribing I'm not sure how children at risk can be identified and protected.

And GenderGP seems very adept at finding loopholes and staying one step ahead of the law.

I admire Hillary so very much, but I think she's keeping quiet because of the pure vile that the Bernie Bro types spew at her. That wing of the party already did their damage on her enough that she, in her pragmatism, saw keeping the party together was more important. She's far too smart and well versed in misogyny to buy TWAW...no way she believes this.

But bad enough she did it to her own child. Then helped other parents navigate/subvert the process to do it to their children and now is willing to actually help put the drugs in the children's hand by getting them the money to buy them.

Is she planning on paying for them for their whole life or just until they are to far along the path to stop?
