We all know from the misgendering is literal violence stance of younger trans people and how this all affects their mental health and all the suicide attempts that are being made regularly and if they are triggered they will need a safe space and all literature must be vetted for hurty words etc that life must be really difficult for both a young trans person and their employer who had to mange their staffs needs. to
