This is going to be interesting isn’t it because presumably they can’t ask about your protected beliefs at interview stage. If they did they could find themselves in difficulty.

@Signalbox doesn’t seem to me they care much about processes and regulations. I do wonder if they find anyone applying, maybe a hardcore supporter? Can’t imagine many sane people in the sector are interested…

Wow That advert!!! With everything from salary to hours up for negotiation it sounds quite desperate, along with a tight lipped "Following the departure of their CEO"...

It's incredibly desperate. Employee or daily rate doesn't exactly scream steady she goes.

Am tempted to offer one day a week from home. Happy can have the rest of week.

Also I note they state they are for "children and young people aged 20 and under"

Please correct me if my memory is wrong but didn't they previously include up to 24/25 in some of their events/forums? Maybe I imagined it.
