That's my question too. And why does anyone think it's ok to call me cis? I don't have a gender, but they think it's fine to pretend I do and use that term.

People who claim to be women because they put feminine clothes on get very angry if we won't play along with their name games, but females who know there's no such thing as gender still get called cis. Be kind clearly only works one way

I am shocked* that so called feminists when presented with evidence of a woman being harassed decide to:

(b) claim she’s making it up.

There are LOTS of examples of women who are not transgender being harassed by transphobes in bathrooms.

And let’s remember that one of the high priestesses of transphobia, ‘Posie Parker’ has said that people should enter womens bathrooms to challenge trans people WITH GUNS. How might that have worked out in this case?

A witness is a person, other than a defendant, who is likely to give evidence in court. All victims are also witnesses and should be treated as such

I think even before, and aside from, ‘gender critical’ beliefs occasional bathroom conflict happens. My son’s friend is lightly built, long haired and very pretty. He dresses like a teen boy, and is very much a typical boy but still gets mistaken for a girl by people. He’s often approached or told off by men. Recently at a swimming pool a man told him he shouldn’t be in the wrong changing room and asked him to leave and go to his own changing room and another time I was approached about letting ‘my girl’ in the mens as it was ‘inappropriate’ at ‘her’ age.
Luckily he is a secure boy with no internal conflicts and a group of mates who will laugh and get involved teasing the accuser, but I’ve certainly seen times when he’s been approached in an intimidating way.
It’s daft though to suggest this is just gender critical women and something that wouldn’t otherwise happen.

If yor priority as a feminist is giving men access to women's spaces, you're not a feminist. You're a men's rights activist.

No she did not. She challenged the notion on men seeing themselves as protectors because they carry guns when instead they should do more to actually protect women by campaigning and standing up for women’s spaces.

Im almost six foot with broad shoulders. I wear mens clothes and have short hair most of the time. I am 55 yrs old.

I have NEVER EVER been spoken to, looked at funny or anything else while in woman's spaces.

Women can tell very easily someones sex.

Well, we could adopt the TRA tactic of saying that it happens so rarely as to be negligible and we can safely ignore it.

But. I have mentioned the issue of people approaching butch lesbians in female toilets before, and have been told off for making up stories etc (i know several butch lesbians, many ex forces women do).

But people do make mistakes. Often it's uncomfortable. But i wonder how often it ends up like this? I've witnessed it - usually it ends up with embarassment, lots of apologies and awkward shuffling off
