The language is oblique.

But surely this (along with others) is a perfect example of why the prohibition of using "dead names" is not safe. Isn't there a campaign on at the moment pointing out this is a loophole that can be exploited.

But also sad to see that allowing individual WA Refuge's have their own policies on whether they offer services to trans women and whether that is based on self id, or gender reassignment service, just erodes women's rights under the equality act to single sex provision.

Also, the Women's Aid directory of the individual refuges that are part of the federation should be explicit in listing whether their service is open to trans women.

Leeds Women's Aid listing doesn't seem to mention this.

'Please be assured we could not be taking this any more seriously. We are working with Leeds Women’s Aid as we review both local and national procedures, and will be exploring additional security mechanisms and recommendations for members across the federation in light of this incident.'

I can give them a rec that would instantly make all refuges about 98% safer.

I know that I tend to get frustrated with WA / Refuges, but the reality is this is being caused by the trans agenda, and also it is ikely projects have complied because of threats of funding cuts.

Although as time passes it is more and more likely that employees and volunteers will be projects of the trans right culture in schools, universities and main stream media. And we know local authorities have already been captured and hold the purse strings.

Somehow refuges need to connect with a support network of local women, and local women need to step forward to be that support.

Dolatowski is 6'5", assaulted a man in prison by repeatedly punching him in the head, and the response is to move him to a woman's prison?

This is fucking insane. This country is going mad.

Persistent offender, now convicted of two sex offences and two unrelated violent assaults. Repeatedly violates court-imposed restrictions and yet the Scottish Prison service is inflicting this guy on vulnerable female prisoners.

The Scottish government are actively working on making it easier for male sex offenders to self ID into women's single sex spaces. just yesterday they voted down an ammendment to put extra steps/checks in place for sex offenders applying for a GRC under the self ID laws they want to introduce.

I don't think anything will make the SNP put the safety of women and children first.

Who is making these decisions? Can you imagine them sitting round and weighing up the evidence, coming to the conclusion that a male who has sexually assaulted a girl and beaten up a man must have some magical inner womanly feeling which over-rides everything else, including the feelings, dignity and SAFETY of women and makes it imperative that he is imprisoned with women? Do they never lie awake at night and wonder whether they've made a mistake?

Also career prospects. Once Sturgeon leaves office not having gained independence, most think she will be looking for one of these lucrative non-jobs for failed politicians at the UN or somewhere. She is demonstrating obedience to the dominant ideology in those quarters.
