Tried to access Women's Aid then failed to register with the police as per the rules for sex offenders

This person sexually assaulted a child in a women’s public toilet. They filmed another child in a women’s public toilet. The articles mention ‘disturbing’ internet searches. They have moved a long way from where they were living without notifying the authorities. They are living in a country where if a woman reports them acting suspiciously in a supermarket toilets, the complainant is more likely to be spoken to by the police than they are.

12 year old girls should be able to use women’s toilets without being sexually assaulted. If this isn’t a feminist issue, what is?

There’s a reason that mothers tend to have their sons use the women’s toilets for as long as they can reasonably get away with it. They are uncomfortable with them going into the men’s toilets unaccompanied. It’s a risk assessment. We assume that the women’s toilets are safe from predators,

His home = his mother's house, which in a public housing complex with lots of young children.

No idea where they've taken him now.

I don’t doubt that KD has a difficult background. It does though, seem clear that this person repeatedly seeks to do harm to women and girls. I’m not sure why KD’s background or gender issues are relevant to the risk KD presents to wome and girls

Isn’t the background and ‘gender issue’ relevant to the risk of causing harm to women and girls because this person is in fact a male* and therefore more likely to commit sexual crimes than if they were a female.

But as they say they are a female, they have been frequenting female only spaces instead of being thrown out of them, and, appearing as a female in this way, they have launched sexual assaults on vulnerable children.

It is also highly relevant to us all in our society that in this report we have all been lied to and thar appears to be a legal position.

Why on earth is this creature not in jail? if not for the crimes alone but for the repeated breaches of their licence conditions? Dolatowski entered the women’s bathroom at the local Morrisons and grabbed a 10-year-old girl by the face, pushing her in to a toilet cubicle and demanding she remove her trousers. Dolatowski also threatened to murder the girl’s mother in an effort to keep her quiet, but the child bravely punched the predator in self-defense, and ran to get her father who was just outside of the washroom.

As a dad of daughters, eldest slightly younger than this but been starting to let her go to the ladies while I wait outside in seemingly 'safe' places this sort of incident terrifies me. I can only imagine this predator didn't leave that supermarket in an ambulance was because the dad, being there on his own, was occupied comforting his daughter.

Presumably because the judges are smart enough to know he'd be put in a women's prison and they want to avoid it.

It is infuriating on so many levels. A violent sexual crime was committed against a young girl in a place that should have been a safe single sex space. The male perpetrator received no jail term and was instead placed in a women's refuge. Tell me how any reasonable person can read this and not see that it is wrong. Is this paedophile still permitted to use women's toilets? And we are told by the likes of Nicola Sturgeon that we are bigots for being concerned about self id etc. I feel like I'm banging my head against a brick wall.

We are told repeatedly that transwomen are not the problem. That transwomen are not a threat.

This person was raised in the GRR debate. The Scottish parliament's response was that they thought the story had been invented.

This offender is clearly VERY dangerous (just look at the escalation pattern) & they do not consider the rule of law applies to them. Had they not been caught out, it seems unlikely they would have informed the police of their change of address - their change of address to a home surrounded by children.

I doubt that was the judge's reasoning, and if it was it was stupid because he was placed in a women's refuge instead.

Where would katy be now? Living in a place found by the police? In another refuge?

So far from being turned away by Women's Aid in Leeds, Dolatowski was housed by them - alongside women and children - for two and a half months!

I see the article says there was a separate section of the refuge for trans people (I wonder to what extent that overlapped with the women and children) so it would be hiding the crimes that was the issue to them not being a man.
