I'm just saying that you've previously said you know nothing about this issue and yet keep posting about it. It's very strange.
What is strange is that because of YOUR deeply prejudiced posts demonising this group, I have gone and done research on them and more research on Stonewall. So, it seems that perhaps I may know as much about LGB Alliance, maybe even more, as you do. Enough to assess your posts as being evidence free and purely based on bad takes and misinformation.
What is strange is when you have had it explained, and even had Nancy Kelley’s quotes repeatedly posted on other threads to answer your posts, you ignore it. You have certainly plugged your ears when Peter Tatchell has been mentioned. You have told us you are not interested in looking at his words (hint: read one of the threads on MN, dedicated to disseminating his work, I always encourage people to look at original sources and those threads have those links ). How strange to demonise one LGB group while refusing to acknowledge the easy to find, and no need to interpret because the context is clear, dire quotes from Stonewall?
Strange how you want to tell people that they shouldn’t post on a LGB thread if they are not LGB, while you, personally, are posting quite hypocritically on a feminist board. And that you try to deny that you are trying to control who posts and where.
Strange that you also are adamant that only LGB people should have the right to comment and interact with LGB groups. … do you apply that logic to Stonewall? how about every business make the decision that Stonewall is only to be supported by LGB people and contribute according to the proportion of their staff that are LGB? That follows your logic. And no influential supporters who are not LGB should mention or give any support to Stonewall.
No hearache, I may not have the lived experience of some posters on this thread and I have acknowledged that. I do actually have some knowledge and history around the topic from close friends. You know…. Just like those friends you reference when you make your many posts about trans people.
Just more hypocrisy from you really.
However, I am not here dictating changes to LGB people’s rights or their protections. I am here learning lots about Stonewall and LGB Alliance despite your paltry evidenced posts. Not from you, to be absolutely clear.
But despite you, and from some very articulate women as well as my own research.
And besides, your continued posts (even those that then get deleted) keep bumping this thread so even more people read it and contribute to their case. Brilliant stuff!
