Wow , just read the guardian report on this. The judge didn’t believe him at all. Said he wasn’t a credible witness and he fitted his story around ptsd symptoms. The judge doesn’t believe he was truly terrified for one second. And it’s very telling a witness said he saw him stumble into a bush. He’s very lucky he managed to evade being breathalysed.
