It's a highly simplistic view that only one thing can be opposed at any one time.
I'm assuming that the "this country" she's referring to is the US, but even if I'm an American woman and I'm watching half my country take a massively retrogressive step on women's rights due to the actions of religious conservatives, why does that then mean I have to ignore the considerable misogyny from other sources.

Women shouldn't have to choose between having their interests cast aside to pander to the religious convictions of others and having their interests being cast aside to pander to the "authentic selves" of others.

You aren't here to praise her. She's just your useful puppet to scold us. You are here to tell us off for not sharing her opinion and for agreeing with certain opinions of other people - people who are regularly analysed on here as being flawed individuals with politics most of us don't agree with, but whose gender critical views reflect their universality across all parts of the political spectrum, and particularly amongst people who are A/ highly intelligent, B/ critical thinkers and C/ people with the courage of their convictions, rather than those who would prostitute themselves to any political cause du jour in order to further their own pathetic need to be liked.

I wonder (ha!) when the fragrant Lynda last had to use a public toilet, a changing room in a municipal sports facility, fight for a women only scholarship, compete for a place on a female only sports team, use a DV victim shelter, survive in a jail. I doubt she has any idea what today's ordinary women are up against.
