I've not seen a thread on Amy on MN and the search didn't show up anything. She seems to be being put through the wringer by tras and by her nursing college.

If I was Amy, I would state that she will adhere to the panel's request, but as a courtesy only.

Thinking about it, the panel played a blinder there. If they had insisted on the compelled speech angle, that could have a) been written into tribunal law and b)opened up the proceedings to an appeal. In fact the panel are negotiating this very well in my opinion. Although I may change my mind after the outcome is published. But I remain hopeful.

I'm going to regret staying up to listen to this. Had Covid for a couple of weeks and it won't go away, been knackered for 2 weeks, on/off fevers including today.
